We had the misfortune of having to have two labradors put down, within a month of each other.  Cloud 9 vet are really good at arranging the home euthanasia and the follow on cremation pick up. Very good service at a very competitive price.  The organisation process of this company is absolutely spot on and staff are very efficient and organised. We would like to wholeheartedly thank Debbie and Sonia for their fast, friendly and compassionate support in helping us to say goodbye to our beloved Boris. Within 1 day and on the weekend (Saturday night/Sunday morning), they were able to provide support for a home visit and euthanasia for our cat, also at a competitive price compared with 2 others we were recommended by our vets. You were wonderful from start to finish and we will be forever grateful he was able to pass with dignity and at home with his family and home comforts. I booked for a same day euthanasia for my elderly mothers elderly cat as it just felt more appropriate to have the procedure at home. Obviously more expensive than going to the vets but it was so much more personal, it was a relaxed procedure and we were not rushed. I thank you very much for the service.

Spoke with Kate who was brilliant to book our appointment, and she found us a vet for the following morning. The vet was amazing, procedure went perfectly and exactly as described beforehand, couldn't have been more relieved that it went so well. Then we had an insurance claim to go through which was taking a while with our insurers, spoke to Vickie at cloud9 who was also brilliant in helping us sort, and done so quickly. Considering it was such a big deal for us and our beloved pet, Cloud9 were fantastic, could not recommend more.

We were recommended to use Cloud 9 vets by a friend and so pleased that we did. They were so caring and understanding. We had to make the difficult decision to put our beautiful lab to sleep and wanted to have someone come to the house, so to not cause her any stress. From making the phone call and the vet coming out, we couldn't ask for more. Tay passed peacefully at home without any discomfort or anxiety. Jose the vet, explained everything to us beforehand and was so gentle with her. Thank you Cloud 9 for all your kindness and support. We would definitely recommend your services without hesitation. At the end of March I had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my beloved cat Murphy. He was 14 years old and slept next to me every night. Cloud 9 were wonderful.. so kind and empathetic at all stages. Jose, the vet that came to our home, was incredibly kind, he made a desperately hard situation much easier to face. My friend, who is a vet nurse was with us as we said goodbye and she said it was hands down one of the most peaceful euthanasia’s she has ever witnessed. I will forever be grateful to the lovely Jose for the peaceful goodbye. I can’t recommend Cloud 9 highly enough. Thank you, from the bottom of my broken heart x

We sadly had to put our gorgeous nearly 13 year old leonburger - Elsa - to sleep today We had such a supportive service from beginning to end with cloud 9 Jennifer was my first point of contact & was extremely helpful in taking me through what to expect & was able to book Elsa in quickly The vet - Wing Ka Yuen - was so kind & patient and allowed us to take all the time we needed as family to say goodbye to our wonderful pet and to give her the peaceful & dignified death she deserved Thank you so much for making the sad day  as good as it possibly could be

We can’t thank Dr Wing Ka Yuen enough for the beautiful, thoughtful, gentle, peaceful and dignified passing she provided for our beloved girl Belle. As far as Belle knew, she had a new human friend come to visit, and then went to sleep being cuddled and kissed by us, surrounded by love, in her happy place - and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more for her. Our beautiful Smokie. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things anyone can face, but our experience was made so much more bearable thanks to Juliete. From the moment she arrived, Juliete showed such professionalism, compassion, and genuine empathy. She treated our beautiful Smokie with the utmost dignity and care, and just as importantly, she took the time to support us through every step of the process. We never felt rushed; she gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes in private, which meant more to us than words can express. Juliete has the most beautiful heart and soul, and by the time she left, she no longer felt like a stranger, but like a friend who had helped us through one of the most painful moments of our lives. Her kindness and understanding will stay with us always. We have already recommended her to another family, and they too had a similar, comforting experience and were so grateful they chose her. We wholeheartedly recommend Juliete and the services of Cloud9 to anyone facing this incredibly difficult decision. You could not be in more caring or compassionate hands.
