Our beautiful Labrador Maisy gave our family the most amazing 15 years, so when it was time to say goodbye to her, we made the decision to contact Cloud9 for a home visit. They were absolutely wonderful, Sally the vet was so kind, compassionate and respectful. Everything was explained at each step and we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye to Maisy. When the gentleman from the crematorium arrived he was also so kind and made Maisy’s final journey from our home bearable. Thank you for your kindness in helping us make arrangements for our dearest little cat Missy. she was 21 years old and whist absolutely heartbreaking to make the decision we knew the time had come to say goodbye. The person we spoke to on the phone was very patient and kind and helped us find a local vet, unfortunately the vet was not available for a few days but that gave us time to make arrangements for afterwards and spend as much time with her as possible. The vet Nacho was very kind and gentle with Missy, he explained everything and she went very peacefully. A week later we recieved a very sweet sympathy card in the post, hand signed by Nacho which was a lovely touch. I know the cost to do this at home is more expensive, but given how distressed she would get when going to the vet I honestly feel it was the least we could have done for her to leave us in the kindest way possible.

We used cloud 9 for the first time recently to have our cat put down at home and even with working very unsociable hours they organised everything on our behalf to have the vet come over at the nearest convenience and to have him collect, cremated then delivered back to us. It was a flourless service and would highly recommend!

It's taken me many days to write this review because it's still so upsetting that our so loved, (and now hugely missed), Maggie, is no longer with us. At 14 years and 8 months, she had lived a super life and we spent as long as we could with her. With her health rapidly deteriorating, I made the call to Cloud 9 and had an appointment within two days. (Our vet wanted 7 days notice, something I thought would be unbearable knowing that your beloved family member is suffering)
David arrived just before scheduled and he was so caring and respectful. He was clearly a dog lover and understood the hard decision we had made, but re-assured us that we had made the right call. He explained the whole process to us before hand, gave us re-assurance along the way and gave us as much time as we wanted to say our goodbyes. Maggie fell asleep on her favourite spot on the grass outside our front door..where she used to bake in the sun or just watch people and cars go by. She had us all there with her, including our younger dog. It was incredibly upsetting to let her go, but it was as nice as it could have been. And we are so grateful we found Cloud 9.
A few days later we received a 'with sympathy card', then the ashes, her paw prints and fur clippings. All so nicely wrapped and presented. (still haven't had the strength to look at them yet, but all in good time) I can't recommend Cloud 9 (and David) enough...I wouldn't have had it any other way. Thank you!

We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved German Shepherd Reeskah on 8/9/25. Kim came to our house and I can't speak highly enough of her. She was caring, compassionate and very gentle not only with Reeskah but also with us as a family. We were heartbroken but Kim gave Reeskah a very beautiful and gentle ending. We sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful beagle Kizzy after 16 fun-filled years. The service and aftercare we received were so thoughtful and gentle, exactly what we wanted for our girl. I dreaded making the initial phone call as I knew I would not be able to stop crying, but the lady I spoke to was so kind, patient and understanding of my needs helping make it that bit easier.
Kizzy was petrified of the vets, so we wanted her to pass peacefully and with dignity in her own bed, surrounded by her family. The patience, care and thoughtfulness of the vet Andrea was just what Kizzy and ourselves needed. He explained every step of the process and was so gentle with Kizzy treating her as if she was his own. Our beautiful girl Lola had deteriorated quite rapidly and Cloud9 Vets were very helpful and supported us at very short notice. This was an extremely difficult time for us a family but the compassionate and supportive approach from everyone involved right from the lovely lady, Vicky that I first spoke to over the phone to the absolutely wonderful Vet Sally who was just an angel to both us and our Lola. We are so grateful to have been able to send our girl over the rainbow bridge in such a dignified and loving way. My wife and I have just had to make the sad decision to say goodbye to our beautiful 13 year old Siberian Husky Mia.
The first point of contact was with Ellie who was sympathetic and patient as I struggled my way through the first stage of the process. Next came the attendance of Mara who I cannot praise enough. From entering our home to the moment she left I can't say I have met a more caring and considerate person. We were never rushed and she carefully explained each stage of the process, again giving us all the time that we needed to say our goodbyes.
I cannot praise Cloud9 highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone when that difficult time all pet owners face eventually comes.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our 9 year old springer, Sally and thanks to cloud9vets they made this possible in the easiest and most painless way for her. We could not bare to take her to the vets due to her severe anxiety, however the vet that came to our home today was wonderful with Sally and us and she was able to pass peacefully surrounded by people she loves (after a long half an hour of her determined to keep strong and not go to sleep!!!). The vet was so compassionate and gentle with Sally despite her anxiety, and also completely understanding of our emotional state…. I would highly recommend this service, they truly are angels and I am so relieved that Sally is in a better place and looking over us without pain or discomfort 💗

It is was a heartbreaking decision to make. We are utterly devastated at the loss of our dear Osvaldo on 8th August 2025 aged 17. The vet Samuel was so extremely kind, gentle, and patient. It mean't our dear boy had the kindest of ends to his wonderful life, at home in my arms as he was sedated then we both held his head, paws and stroked him telling him how much we loved him as he passed.
What a wonderful kind human Samuel was understanding the enormity of our loss.

Sadly when I found out my 14 year old rescue Staffie Max, had end stage heart failure, and that it was his time our vets recommended Cloud 9 Vets.
From my initial chat with Kate and the lovely customer support team I decided the last thing i could do, was give my loyal Max the kindest and calmest support to gain his Angel wings.
Robert the vet who came to us on Monday 4th August, was so very kind, made a huge fuss of Max, went though everything with us, assured us we were doing the kindest thing for him, he would feel no pain, and gave us the time we needed with him each step of the way, until he passed peacefully and surrounded by love.
Cloud 9 also arranged for Max to be collected by Dignity whose staff were also so kind and caring.
I can assure anyone who has to take the hardest decision to let their beloved pet pass to Rainbow Bridge, you cannot ask for more caring people than Cloud 9 Vets!

The most difficult part of the process was arranging the appointment. Every aspect of this experience was emotionally challenging, but once the appointment was confirmed, Cloud 9 took care of everything with compassion and professionalism.
The vet was kind, gentle, and calm, and we were deeply reassured by her approach and professionalism during such a difficult time.
Having our beloved pet collected directly by the crematorium was also a great help and made the process more manageable.

At the age of 16 we were all dreading saying good bye to our gorgeous boy Milo. Whilst heartbreaking we cannot thank Cloud9 and the lovely Vet Ane enough, Ane came to our home and with kindness and compassion helped our beloved boy pass away peacefully and without any distress or discomfort.

At the most difficult and painful of times, we couldn't be more grateful for how Cloud 9 Vets and Nacho helped us all through this process. Galina was the vet that came out to my princess yesterday. It was the hardest thing i have ever had to do but she explained everything to us and the process. She was just so lovely and caring. I couldn't take my baby to the vet because she hated going so this was the perfect solution. Definitely would recommend.

After my own veterinary practice were unable to come out to the house I was given the number for cloud9vets and I am so grateful that I was as it was really important for us to have at home euthanasia.
Nacho the vet was so warm, kind and compassionate , he explained exactly what was involved and what to expect as we said goodbye to her, he made us all feel at ease.
Saying goodbye to our much loved dog Saffy at the age of 17 was emotional for us. Saffy was always terrified of the vets but she greeted Nacho with no fear at all, I don’t think she even realised he was a vet!
Nacho made this a peaceful, calm and dignified passing I am so thankful to him for this. He as a special way about him

My Tilly 16 has been failing recently after being diagnosed with kidney failure and pancreatitis. I cancelled my holiday last Monday as I knew the end was soon. Yesterday and in the early hours of this morning she was passing blood both ends of her little body and she looked so sad. I rang early this morning to book a home euthanasia for today as I couldn’t watch her suffer any longer. My appointment was made and the lovely Vet tended to both Tilly and myself with such empathy it made the whole awful procedure bearable. Tilly looked like she was just sleeping. This is the second pet in eight months that have had to be put to sleep and I beg any owner who is scared to stay with their pet at the end don’t be it will make your grieving that little bit easier to know the last voice they heard was yours. I cannot thank the team at Cloud 9 enough. From the very first phone call with Lara i was treated with kindness and respect. My dear cat Jelly was put to sleep at home. Vet Sonia was calm and so respectful. She talked us through every step and was so gentle with Jelly. Jelly was collected by Shaun from phoenix who was so kind. Jelly ashes were returned a week later with his paw print. Thank you again to everyone. I would recommend Cloud 9 vets if you want a personal service with out the stress of taking yoir pet to a clinic. Xxx.
