thank you for helping Mollie on her final journey x😓💜

Cloud 9 allowed my beautiful girl to be put to rest whilst she was sound asleep, snuggled in my arms, in our home and I will be forever grateful for that.
Samuel, the vet, was kind and caring. He explained everything that would happen, gave us time with our girl and then re-explained everything as it happened. Samuel is a real credit to Cloud 9 ⭐️ Thank you for such a professional and compassionate service.

I would not hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 Vets if you are facing the heartbreaking decision as I did to say goodbye to your beloved pet.
I was so relieved to be with my 16yr old cat Charlie in the safety and comfort of our home, and not have to go through the stress of a car journey to the vets, and more especially during the Covid restrictions.
Nacho was so caring and compassionate. He explained everything in an unhurried way. He gave my boy the dignity and love he deserved. He was on his bed and our final goodbye was so special. Thank you Cloud 9 Vets for your organisation. Thank you so much Nacho, I’ll never forget your kindness. A kiss from Charlie to you x

I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone facing the difficult decision of helping a much loved pet on their journey.
Thank you

As Pongo had Suddenly deteriorated on Monday 1st March i telephone cloud 9 vets which I wasn’t even sure I would be able to talk about however immediately after speaking with Vicky she made me feel at ease, she explained everything & told us who the local pet cremation company were which she also spoke to these to make sure they could come afterwards, we arranged a time etc. To be honest after the phone call I couldn’t stop thinking about that day approaching but we left it for 3 days so we could spend more time with them but when that day came Pongo was terrible on his legs.
Friday 5th March had arrived & Sandy the vet arrived, he was lovely, came in to see them both lying on there favourite place in the house- the sofa, no one could ever get a seat in our house, he talked to them, he was so compassionate & understanding, he explained what was going to happen, he gave them there first injection where they would go to sleep & at this point was the best time to say our goodbyes, it was heartbreaking, they were both licking our faces, we could not stop crying but know it was the best thing to let them go together as they both had there problems & one would never be the same without the other one, after spending about 10 mins they peacefully went to sleep & looked at peace & without pain, Sandy then administered the final injections, I honestly thought at that point I was going to be sick. Sandy left after this & we got to spend another half hour with them just looking at them, cuddling them until the cremation company arrived.
I cannot recommend cloud 9 vets enough for arranging a vet to come to our home to make this stress free for our lovely pets, they are professional from start to finish, it was the best thing we could have done for them & deserved a peaceful farewell, we will never forget them & still heartbroken 😢😢 but so glad we found cloud 9 vets as our own vets would not come to our house.
Please can you pass this onto Sandy as we were in such a state that we would like to thank him personally for all his kindness ❤️

Samuel, the vet assigned to the euthanasia was wonderfully kind and gentle in his actions and words at this sad time of having my 18yr old cat Worzel euthanized 9/3/21 - it was a very peaceful passing, I couldnt have asked for more compassion from them.
It was wonderful to find these vets in these corona times, who were willing to come to my home, when sadly, most vets will not.
Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟

Vicky was very professional and very helpful with organisation everything what we needed. And Zoi seriously is Angel Woman who keep hand on a pulse 💗I'm so really grateful to make finded that's professional help, when I lost my hope with last our life our beloved Nero 💗 Thank you ❤️🐺🐾

Sam came to our home, talked us through everything and Max died peacefully in my arms. He was totally chilled, in familiar surroundings, with those who loved him.
We will he eternally grateful to cloud nine for offering this service and to Sam for coming into our home (despite the pandemic) and helping make a very difficult day less difficult.

She is now buried in our garden, we and even had a rainbow appear over the garden for her.

calming efficiency got us sorted when we were at our lowest and got us through a tough and hard time

I would highly recommend cloud 9 to anyone facing this difficult decision.

If you need to say goodbye to a cherished pet at home, please look no further, this was the best decision we could have made.

Would highly recommended to anyone in the same situation, made everyone feel at ease and explained everything, just amazing people

We had our sick 10 year old German Shepherd put to sleep Wednesday 16.12.20.
The Cloud 9 vet was very professional, caring and understanding of our grief.
We spent time with Kody as the procedure was done and after he fell asleep.
Thank you Cloud 9 for your loving help, and to help us with our grief.

He explained everything and we decided the garden was a peaceful place to do it as Mojo loved his garden!!!
We were not rushed, time and care was taken and he went peacefully under his favourite tree.
Andrea took time and care with him wrapping him in the biggest fluffy blanket to take him to the crematorium.
The after care aswell is second to none, a little card arrived a few days later which is next to him under the tv.
If I could advise anyone in this position Cloud 9 are amazing!!!!

When I had made the decision to have your service at home, it made things much easier.
Thank you to Andreas who showed great compassion and dignity when dealing with us and my beautiful cat.
I'm really really grateful for your service

We knew that if he quickly made a turn for the worse and we had to take him to his ordinary vet (which makes him anxious even on a good day), we would not be able to go in with him (due to Covid-19) and he would be all alone during his final moments. This is when we found and got in touch with Cloud 9 Vets. Making the call was itself daunting, however Amber at Cloud 9 put us at ease. She was comforting and empathetic, and was able to answer all our questions, big and small. She booked a local vet, Punit, to come around the following day at a time which suited us best. We also booked an individual cremation.
The morning of was difficult as we knew it was out final few hours with our baby, and we were anxious about the whole procedure, despite how much Amber has alleviated our worries. We pampered him, offered him all his favourite treats (he unfortunately wasnt interested in eating by this point) and got him tucked up all comfy with his favourite blankies. We all sat around him and said our goodbyes.
Punit turned up exactly on time, introduced himself and explained what he would be doing step by step. Once we were ready he very calmly administered the sedative. Being a large dog, it took a while to kick in. We all sat around and shared happy stories about his long life with us until he was peacefully asleep. Punit did not rush us in any way, gave us space and encouraged us to take as much time as we need with him before he administered the second injection. We all said our final goodbyes, gave him lots of kisses and prayed as a family for him to rest in peace. He passed so peacefully, just like he had drifted into a deep sleep. No twinges, no sounds, nothing scary. We cried and let out our feelings only after he had passed, ensuring his final memories were of normality; his family sitting around him giving him love.
The crematorium came around 20 minutes later to collect his body. We were able to follow our religious tradition which requires certain items to be cremated with the body. The undertaker was very understanding of our wishes and ensured things were done just as we asked. His ashes were returned to us 4 days later as promised.
Although this has been a heartbreaking time for us, we felt a surprising sense or relief and comfort in knowing that we gave our darling dog the most compassionate and peaceful send off, in the comfort of his own home. Overall the entire experience with Cloud 9 Vets was faultless and made such a difficult time of our lives more bearable. In hindsight, we feel like we made the right decision for our dog, at the right time.
We would highly recommend the service to anyone facing the unthinkable decision to put their beloved pet to sleep. It is the most heart-wrenching kindness we can offer, for their lifetime of love and loyalty.
We would like to offer our upmost gratitude to Punit for being incredibly compassionate in performing the service. We are so thankful you were sent to us at our time of need.

Thank you once again Elaine Mcdonald

The service we received from the cloud 9 vet who attended our home was amazing at what was an extremely emotional and distressing time. The care and compassion towards our dog, it was as if it was his own, exactly what was needed and this compassion extended to our family which my mum was extremely grateful for. Especially during the strange times of COVID-19.
It was more appreciated as our regular vets had refused to come out for home visit, even after we had explained that the dog hated cars, he couldn’t at that time stand up and was crying all this was explained but still they wouldn’t attend after advertising 24/7 care with home visits.
My mum as deeply upset at the thought we would have to man handle our dog into a car and cause him further uncomfort/ and or distress.
It was a great relief to all when cloud 9 said you were able to attend the house without issue and we were most grateful and the vet had to travel some distance to get to us.
It was just what my mum needed and wanted everyone was able to say goodbye and she got to be with her fur- best friend til the end.
Once again a huge thank you to vet, Nacho

We made the difficult decision to call Cloud 9 Vets, and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone. Before the end of the day, she called us back, and she had managed to book a vet for the following day.
As you can imagine, being a parent to a fur baby, the anticipation throughout the day was a horrendous feeling for us and we were crying for most of the day. But we had a peaceful final day, at home, with our beautiful girl, sat giving cuddles, kisses and even sat out in the garden with her.
In the evening, a really lovely vet called Sam visited, and he was really calm and caring. He talked us through everything, step by step. Everything was done at our own speed and he gave us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbye without any rush. I held her in my arms throughout everything and she passed peacefully in my arms. Sam sat with us for a short while after, to make sure we were ok and spoke us through what may happen afterwards.
Thank you for allowing us to say goodbye to our baby girl in the comfort of our own home, without any stress.

Her tail did not stop wagging for a fuss right to the very end, (or for pepperami!) which was as perfect an end as I could have hoped for, at home, relaxed and happy to have me by her side as always. ❤️
A massive thank you goes out to Sophie of Cloud9Vets, for still offering a compassionate and peaceful euthanasia at home in these difficult times, this was early June and my heart was breaking considering the only options available our local vets.
Sophie’s empathy and strength made the whole experience easier to deal with and kept me strong and staying positive for Copper’s last moments.
I know you are resting in peace now my darling, you are forever a part of my heart.

On Sunday 21st June we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beautiful German Shepard Cheavus to sleep. At nearly 14 years old we had suspected DM and the final stages came on quite suddenly. During the pandemic we didn’t think our wish for her (when the time came) to have our beautiful girl put to sleep at home would be possible but we found you. You truly are angels in disguise. In such a difficult time, Your empathy on the phone speaking to you through broken tears, even though you didn’t know us, we felt supported.
The lady who answered our cell provided a caring calm voice (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) and the selfless vet (Andrea if we remember correctly) went above and beyond to work an extra long day, to be with Cheavus and my partner and doing what was needed so Cheavus was no longer sad and unable to walk. In the home she knew, laying on the bed she loved…she passed away peacefully and the final memory of her going to sleep, my partner explained, was gentle as described…and we wholeheartedly thank them all.
The decision to euthanise is not one any human makes easily for their furry friend but to know there is a service out there where empathy and compassion is at every step, is truly heartwarming.
It’s not an easy thing they do and must be difficult for them all daily, but knowing they are helping animals and their owners in their time of need, I do hope brings them comfort.
I apologise for the long message but we want you to know that the passing of Cheavus has been made that little bit easier thanks to cloud 9 and their amazing people and vet.

Last week i had to make the hard decision to help my Shih Tzu Milo pass over the rainbow bridge. Due to the current Covid situation our own vets disappointingly were unable to assist with this and there was no way that i was going to hand Milo over to die alone away from those he loved, as they would not allow us in the surgery to be with him either. Thats when i called Cloud 9 for help, they were very understanding and sent James to perform the procedure which was done professionally and with dignity. Milo passed in my arms peacefully and James was so very caring and supportive. Thankyou so very much James for enabling me to give Milo a loving and dignified passing.
Milo was cremated and his ashes are now back home with us where he belongs, RIP my sweet beautiful boy xxx

From the 1st phone to call to the day when the vet came they where so kind and compassionate, they all made such a hard situation just that bit easier with there kind words and thoughtfulness, we felt under no pressure or rush to say goodbye to our beloved boy.
I would have no trouble highly recommending cloud 9 and would definitely use again when the time comes for my other pets
Miss Bourne

cannot fault in any way
will recommend at any chance i get.
i have not seen an easier passing, so much less stress

I called on Saturday afternoon and was so glad that Cloud 9 arranged everything so quickly especially as it is difficult organising things at weekends. They worked hard in the background arranging for the vet to visit at 10am on Sunday to put Erin to sleep and for the crematorium representative to arrive at 11am to take her away to be cremated.
All in all, this meant that Erin had as dignified and comfortable a passing as could be hoped for and we are so grateful to Cloud 9 Vets for arranging everything for us, leaving us free to grieve.
Everyone involved was so kind and sympathetic and I would not hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 Vets to anyone in a similar situation with their beloved pet.

Andreas who attended Belle was so caring and explained everything step by step. He gave us as much time as we needed with her in her final moments. He stepped back everytime with the current situation so we could be with her. Cannot thank him and Cloud 9 Vets enough for making this heartbreaking day go a little easier. I would also highly recommend for nervous dogs. My Belle was terrified of her own vets and the thought of having to take her there to be put to sleep and her be stressed in her final moments was too much for me to bear. Thank you so much.

When we got home, I looked up the website and I was so disappointed that we were out with their travel area, but I called them anyway. And I am so glad I did. It was such a relief to hear reassuring words that they were sure the vet would travel the extra miles. Within half an hour the confirmation came that they could help me. The relief that gave me allowed me to spend one last day with my girl without worry.
Even with Lockdown rules, my beautiful girl just slept away and I was so grateful for that and it gave me such peace and that cannot be bought! Charis’s gentle approach and good energy was such a blessing, a true empath to both animals and their humans. My heartfelt thanks to All at Cloud9 for the amazing work you do.

Thank you so much

Maddie passed away at home, peacefully, with her family around her. Shanice the vet was wonderful and caring and said she would stay for as long as she was needed.
I'm just so thankful that this service is available to help pets pass with dignity in their own home.
Thank you for giving Maddie the dignified peaceful passing she deserved. ❤️❤️

Cannot recommend enough .

We called in cloud 9 vets who provide a home service nationwide, this gave Feezil the dignity he deserved after being our loving friend for eighteen and a half years. The young man that came was amazing, very professional, compassionate, and he explained everything in great detail and how Feezil may react, he didn't rush and stayed for nearly half an hour until Feezil was resting.

was amazing and did everything he could for my leo .
Also comforted our family
its a big loss but paul made his last moments comfy
let us say our goodbyes as a family
also went above and beyond for us
10 out of 10
Thanks again for everything you did that day when no one else would 💚

We didn't want to rush to make the decision as we always said we wanted to do it at home. We had planned for Monday with out normal vets to come round but Toby took a turn for worse on Friday and we nearly did it then but in the evening he helped us make the sad decision to it on Saturday and not make him wait or suffer for us. We struggled to get a vet to come out as it was a weekend and we booked to go into vets which we didn't want as Toby was so scared of the vets.
Thank goodness just before the appt. a Google advert appeared for. Cloud9 Vets.
Jaqui (Jack) was absolutely amazing, she made the whole process peaceful, calm and made us feel the comfort and reassurance we needed at this sad time.
Toby died peacefully in his bed with us by him as we cuddled and kissed him a lot and helped us wrap him in his blanket and bed as we said our goodbyes.
You helped give us a dignified way to say goodbye to Toby that we always wanted and gave us the reassurance and relief that we were doing the right thing for him and that he wasn't in pain anymore and that we could start the closure on what was a painful week and decision for us.
Thank you so much for helping us with Toby, you were the best - we really won't forget it x

Our girl and us were all relaxed, everything was explained and we couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you

put Toby at ease and told me of everything he would be doing. Toby was very relaxed and in turn
turn that made me more relaxed. He had a very peaceful and dignified passing in his own
home. I would recommend Cloud 9 Vets to anybody, the service was the best.

Alan is amazing. He put my girl away so very gentle.
I recommend you to everyone that has to do this.
You have all been Hurley amazing in such a hard time.
Can't say thank you all enough

we had our Bailey euthanized at home and can't recommend the vet Allen enough...
he was great all the way through and made it such a personal comforting outcome to something that I've never even had the courage to do before by being there.
at his side..hugging him until he finally drifted off to sleep...thank you Amber and Allen...xxx❤

I would definitely recommend them . The vet Julie was so calming and talk to us every step of the way. Our other dog's had a chance to say goodbye to their friend.
She passed in her favourite place on the sofa. Surrounded by family and lots of love ...
Julie thank you for understanding and your kind words. This ment a lot to Nigel and I.
kind regards Debe.

We have experienced having to take Pets to the Vets to say goodbye before, which we have found so stressful for both our animals & us....but on Amber & Immas merits, we would recommend Cloud9 anytime to anyone. It obviously costs a little more to say “Goodbye” in the comfort of yours & your pets own home, but we think it was worth every single penny.
Sorry for such a long review, but I can’t praise Cloud9 enough. Once again, ”Thank You“ Amber & Imma, Love From Sue & Mac xxxx

Thank you Sandy for making such a difficult time as easy as possible and for looking after our lovely Nelson so kindly and well. We would not hesitate to recommend
Our vet Faye was so accommodating and empathetic she listened to us and what we wanted and worked with us in the most professional and caring way.
Thank you so much for making our last moments with our precious dog Beau so special she was such a beautiful and loving dog and we are so glad she passed at home with her family around her x
Our most heartfelt thanks to the wonderful Cloud 9 vet called Tatiana who helped our very poorly elderly cat pass away so peacefully at home on 23rd March 2021. Tati the vet was so very kind and caring to our beloved pet and us. Like a true guardian angel, her gentle efficiency helped the process greatly at this saddest of times, so that our lovely old boy Ginger was surrounded by love and did not experience any distress whatsoever. Thank you so much Tati. xxx
We are truly grateful to Cloud 9 Vets for responding to our plight so quickly and compassionately. Our usual vet surgery (part of a larger group) displayed a shocking lack of concern for animal welfare… our plea to them for a home visit was dismissed abruptly and coldly. Thankfully we found Cloud 9 Vets on the internet – to our great relief – and your genuine care for animals and people surpassed our expectations. We will gladly recommend and use your services again, even when the usual vet surgeries resume home visits. Thank you so much.
My 14-year old dog hadn't left the house or eaten for three days. Sonia from cloud9vets came within a couple of hours of my call. I could see how she cares about animals by the way she responded to my other dog and cat. My old dog didn't have to leave the spot where she was lying. During the course of the visit Sonia explained what had been wrong with her. It was painful but I was able to feel I'd done my best for my dear old friend.
We made the hardest decision to put our husky down due to illness. Everyone within this company is compassionate and caring. The whole process was explained beforehand which was brilliant. Henry the vet was AMAZING!! He looked after Nukka and everything was so peaceful. The crematorium called me to say they had Nukka and was looking after her, they asked if I wanted paw prints and were so caring nothing was rushed. This company went above and beyond to help us as a family and to help Nukka. Thank you again from all of us!!
I just wanted to say that after contacting cloud 9 vets a week ago to arrange for Sandy to come to our home to put our beloved Maizy to sleep the care and compassion was outstanding, both from Elsa who made all the arrangement to Sandys arrival at our home on Monday.
Maizy was our beloved Labrador who had reached the age of 13 and her back legs just were giving in, because of covid my own vet couldn’t attend and thr thought of taking her into a surgery was beyond comprehension.
Sandy was just so lovely, he introduced himself to us and Maizy, he gave her a sedative so we could say our goodbyes and then compassionately gave her an injection, he even trimmed her fur around her leg so he could get good access to the vein.
I cannot describe enough how wonderful he was and would like to thank cloud 9 vets for arranging what was for us, a very dignified and peaceful death for our beloved Maizy.
When the time came to make the heartbreaking decision to put my 17 year old dog to sleep; I was so disillusioned by the callous and sterile rigidity of my usual vets. After reading some reviews I decided to contact cloud 9 vets. From the very first phone call Vicki was compassionate and ran through everything clearly with me, making the hardest decision a fairly straightforward one. After I had made the booking, my beloved Holly began to deteriorate rapidly , so I called again and Elsa managed to rearrange and bring the appointment forward to that very evening. James the vet was a really lovely and caring person and confirmed we had made the right decision bringing it forward to end Holly's suffering. As we had moved everything forward Elsa had re-arranged the Pet Crematorium company and in what I believe was a wonderful twist of fate, we ended up with Legacy Pet Crematorium, who couldn't do more for Holly and provided a service fit for a human. I took a great deal of comfort in the way Holly was treated, both in her final moments and afterwards and Cloud9 were instrumental in making a very difficult day as comforting as it could possibly be. Thank you to all at Cloud9 for everything you did for us, I am truly grateful.
Googled and called Cloud 9 vets this morning at 7am. The vet was here at 0930am and cremation company came to collect Poppy by 1045am. An unbelievably efficient service from the first phone call to Amber. She arranged everything from start to finish. Our beautiful Poppy 13year old cat was so poorly there was no way we could take her to the vets. She was too weak. To know a service like this exists in these days of Covid is a lifeline to pet owners who are facing the horrendous decision to euthanise their beloved pet. Thank you to Amber, Else and Rachel the lovely vet who all showed compassion and empathy along with extreme professionalism. I was upset with the transport that arrived to take her for cremation but they arrived promptly the driver was lovely and they have just called same afternoon to say they will deliver her ashes home tomorrow morning. All things considered, an absolutely efficient vet service that saved my cat the stress of being taken by car to the vet’s surgery which she hated. She passed away on my bed with myself and my daughter holding her. Thank you for taking the stress out of a horrendous situation and allowing Poppy to pass away peacefully in her home environment. I will recommend this company to every pet owner I know. From the bottom of my heart thank you for being there.
A wonderfully compassionate service from the first point of contact to dealing with the crematorium. These guys are doing a painfully difficult job when we as customers are at our lowest but they get it right.
Thank you for everything the Cloud 9 Vets Team. Special thanks to Charlotte. Thank you that Bacardi passed away peacefully, without pain. You are an angel. I think of you warmly Charlotte. Thank you again.
Yesterday we had our amazing and beautiful Logie put to sleep, I would like to thank Andrea and the rest of the team for their empathy, understanding and for letting Logie pass in peace and with dignity. A very difficult decision and the heartbreaking situation was made so much easier with the sensitivity of Andrea - Thank you from the bottom of my heart
I unfortunately had to have my 18 year old cat put to sleep last week. After years of happy memories and love this was the hardest decision I’ve had to make, Cloud9 vets dealt with every step of the process with care and for that I am very grateful. Not only did they comfort me on the phone but they also sent out an amazing vet that gave our Lilly all the affection she needed in her last moments. The process was explained to me step by step and was the most peaceful experience I could of wished it to be. A huge Thank you to the whole team at Cloud9 but especially the kind vet that was sent to help Lilly in her time of need.
Our beautiful gentle giant Logie was put to sleep on Monday. Andrea and the staff we dealt with were amazing from start to finish, from the wonderful ladies on the phone who were patient with me whilst I sobbed like a baby to Andrea who was calming and let our beautiful boy go to sleep with dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend the service and the people involved - thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Having made the heartbreaking decision to let our dog Erik go ,we contacted cloud 9 and the whole process was carried out with care for him and understanding for us, the Vet was so kind and told us how it would go, there was no rush ,it was all done at our pace, and Erik left us in dignity and comfort which was all we could ask for on such a terrible day.The Gentleman who took him to the crematorium was also very kind and patient with me as were the people at Kingshill .Thank you all for everything
Like everyone else who has left a review for Cloud 9, Tilly our 11 year old Westie, was our special girl and the thought of losing her was the most dreadful thing. Our vet wasn't offering the home service and to think that Tilly's last memories would be in the vets she hated, in a room without her mum and dad was unthinkable.
My husband dealt with Cloud 9 and the organising of Jose, the vet, to come our home. We had to bring the time forward as Tilly went downhill quickly, and Cloud 9 organised this without any fuss. Jose arrived and we could see straight away that he was a gentle and compassionate man. He told us what he would need to do, gave us time to process this and time to say our goodbyes. When Jose arrived Tilly raised her head for a brief moment, but then settled back down so we know that she was relaxed and there was no stress at all on her part when the time came. It would never be an easy process for my husband and I, but I really couldn't have asked for a better service. Tilly died with complete dignity, in her home, on her bed, where she felt safe.
Cloud 9 organised the cremation too. The gentleman arrived whilst Jose was still with us. Again, he acted with complete respect for Tilly. He came back to us within 4 days with Tilly's ashes and a lovely paw print in clay and in ink.
This is a subject I always hated thinking about, but I 100% couldn't fault Cloud 9 or the organising of the cremation - thank you to you all!
Fiona & Tom
We had to have our pet dog put to sleep after 18 years , It was heart breaking to make the decision but it was for the best. Cloud 9 vets provided an outstanding service from start to finish. The Vet turned and was so professional and caring that it made me feel so at ease.
Such a professional, caring and covid safe experience. My lovely old lady doggie was at the end of her 15 year life, but my regular vets would not come out to her. A friend recommended cloud9vets so I made the call and they did the rest. The vet was so gentle and caring we cannot thank him enough for helping of little girl over the rainbow bridge. Highly recommend this service. Thank you
Such compassionate and wonderful care from start to finish. Even in these pandemic times, Cloud9 were able to provide a quick process. My cat had reached the end of the road and I was worried that they wouldnt be able to get to my cat quick enough or even do home visits at all, but from speaking to Elizabeth, she was able to get someone out that same day. Thank you so much, and thank you for talking us through the process.
Thank you for this service that was performed with sensitivity by your vet Rachael. We were thankful for the way you arranged for Darwin to be put out of his suffering and that you accommodated our last minute request to attend earlier as he was in pain. The cremation service were also very compassionate and we were very thankful to all of you on this difficult day.
I can't recommend Cloud9Vets highly enough, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved Alfalfa to sleep and thanks to Cloud could do this at home with his family around him. They showed such care and compassion at such a difficult time. The whole service received from both Vicky and Andrea was brilliant. Thank you so much xx
I phoned Cloud9 on a Sunday morning and within a few hours David, the Vet, came and explained all I needed to know with genuine kindness to me and my lovely 16 year old dog Louie. I'm so thankful that Louie could pass away peacefully in his own home. Many thanks to David and the rest of the team.
I just wanted to thank you so much. It’s hard to fully trust someone with your little family member. I was terrified, but Andrea was so professional. He was present enough to explain everything really thoroughly but respectful enough to give us our space with our little boy. The respect you showed was invaluable. Thank you so much for making the day a little less awful than it needed to be.
Our hearts were broken and beloved best friend was in distress and pain! Our usual emergency vet would not let us stay to say goodbye! I found cloud 9 I was sent an angel to help us in our hour of need ! Galina x god bless you Galina and thank you for giving us compassion to our best friend honeyrose x
It is difficult to find words to express my gratitude for the care and consideration we felt from Henry the vet that came to our house. Our Moog was an amazing dog and I know what it is to love a dog so dearly. Our usual vet don't offer the kindness in sedation when euthanizing animals. They also would not carry this out in our home due to Covid 19 risks to staff.
I knew the time was coming that we needed to make the decision. I was so relieved to find Cloud 9 vets. Moog had such a peaceful and calm end. Henry didn't rush us and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all our questions. I really admire this work and can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much.
I contacted Cloud 9 in July 2020 about my little Jack Russell Sami to sleep. As you can imagine I was absolutely terrified and stammering on the phone.
I spoke to Amber who was nothing short of sensational with me. Nothing was enough trouble and every single bit of detail I needed answering was answered with the upmost compassion and dignity as if it was there dog to. All as I can say is I will never ever forget your genuine kindness towards me. Nacho the vet cane round and was incredible. My Sami passed away so peacefully. Words cannot describe my gratitude and love for what you guys do. Thank you all right from the bottom of my heart. All my love
Jan 15- The heartbreaking loss of our beloved Cassi. Many thanks for such an exceptional and caring service. The vet that came all the way from Kent to Southend late evening was so kind and patient and Cassi went so peacefully. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
Our whole experience with Cloud 9 has been top class. Everyone, from the first person i called, Amber and then Chris, to the lovely vet Andrea, who was so wonderful with our beautiful boy Jasper, and even to the courier, Peter, who brought Jasper's ashes back to us, i couldnt fault the compassion they all showed. Nothing was too much trouble, we had as long as we wanted with our gorgeous boy and i would recommend them to anyone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Annette and family
Hi Amber
We have just received your card and cannot thank you enough for your emotional support. I never under any circumstances expected to receive a condolence card let alone one that was so personal.
The thought was so very touching and just epitomises the quality of the service that you provide.
Once again please extend our upmost gratitude and sincere heartfelt thanks to Dorangela - without her understanding and empathy the experience would have been a clinical one - Dorangela enabled us to grieve, understand and take our time throughout the whole process- she for us was truly an angel and we would love you to pass this on to her.
Once again I cannot thank you enough for always being at the end of the phone when I called, never judging and always listening. People who do that are few and far in this world and I have honestly never dealt with an organisation like yourselves that go above and beyond.
You will have our gratitude always

It meant so much to be able to have our beloved lurcher Otto put to sleep so peacefully at home on my daughter’s bed. It was the perfect ending and a special thank you to Andrea the lovely Italian Vet who was so kind and respectful towards Otto.
We cannot recommend cloud 9 Vets enough. We have just lost our beautiful cat of nearly 18 yrs and are heart broken. Cloud 9 Vets were amazingly kind from the first contact to make the arrangements to Andrea the vet who came to our home. Andrea was so caring, kind and gentle, explained everything that was going to happen at each stage as it happened, there was no rush gave us plenty of time. We cannot thank you enough for making a very hard time a little easier.
