Testimonials from Lovely Clients about Our Caring Home Visit Vets
We will be eternally grateful
The McGroarty family
We had Faye come to our house and she was wonderful with us and Mia. She made what was a heartbreaking time for us all, kind caring and stress free for Mia, we can’t thank her enough and I would highly recommend Cloud 9 vets when sadly the time comes to say goodbye to your special furry friend.
Andrew and Naomi x
Made a challenging , hard , sad time the best it could be . Will be forever thankful for the help and organisation we had with saying goodbye to our 17 year old dog 🐾
We wanted him to be in his home surrounded by the people who loved him.
The vet Rachel, who attended, was full of empathy, whilst remaining professional. She explained the process to us, and we weren’t rushed to say our goodbyes. It was such a peaceful end and we cannot thank you enough for your personal service.
We booked cloud 9 and it was all very easy to do
The vet came and gently explained how the next hour would go, so we laid Taya down and I put soft music on for her.
Everything went so smoothly, she fell asleep in my arms, I had all the time in the world to let her go off softly with no fear.
Then she was placed gently in a bed and I tucked her in, taken out to the car where I gave her her last kiss and off she went
My son was able to give her a goodbye kiss too
I feel it gave us closure and gave Taya a dignified death in her own surroundings held by someone who loved her I couldn’t have asked for more
She was my best friend, my companion, my world.
It was the most difficult decision I had to make.
I would like to say thank you to Andrea who was so compassionate and treated our Lulu with upmost respect till the end. Thank you to Cloud 9 team for being so understanding and supportive.
The experience has made her passing more acceptable to us..... Thank you
From the initial call to make arrangements they were compassionate, kind, informative and extremely helpful.
They were originally going to ask Samuel to come to us, but we mentioned that Tyler did not like males (he was a typical nervous protective German Shepherd cross) and we would prefer a female they tried all they could to arrange this but unfortunately no females were available.
Samuel kindly attended at 4:45pm, and right from the start his compassion, thoughtfulness and kindness shone through. He briefed us in the garden on what was going to happen and never rushed us or Tyler at all, constantly reassuring us that if we had any questions we just needed to ask. At each stage of the process he kept us fully informed, allowing us time to say our goodbyes in as much time as we needed. Samuel had a lovely soft and gentle nature and his presence was reassuring throughout the entire process.
We really couldn't have asked for a more peaceful send off for our beloved boy, who was brave in his fight against his cancer right until the very final day.
We would highly recommend Cloud 9 Vets and in particular Samuel to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves in the same sad situation.
thank you for helping Mollie on her final journey x😓💜
Cloud 9 allowed my beautiful girl to be put to rest whilst she was sound asleep, snuggled in my arms, in our home and I will be forever grateful for that.
Samuel, the vet, was kind and caring. He explained everything that would happen, gave us time with our girl and then re-explained everything as it happened. Samuel is a real credit to Cloud 9 ⭐️ Thank you for such a professional and compassionate service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 Vets if you are facing the heartbreaking decision as I did to say goodbye to your beloved pet.
I was so relieved to be with my 16yr old cat Charlie in the safety and comfort of our home, and not have to go through the stress of a car journey to the vets, and more especially during the Covid restrictions.
Nacho was so caring and compassionate. He explained everything in an unhurried way. He gave my boy the dignity and love he deserved. He was on his bed and our final goodbye was so special. Thank you Cloud 9 Vets for your organisation. Thank you so much Nacho, I’ll never forget your kindness. A kiss from Charlie to you x
I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone facing the difficult decision of helping a much loved pet on their journey.
As Pongo had Suddenly deteriorated on Monday 1st March i telephone cloud 9 vets which I wasn’t even sure I would be able to talk about however immediately after speaking with Vicky she made me feel at ease, she explained everything & told us who the local pet cremation company were which she also spoke to these to make sure they could come afterwards, we arranged a time etc. To be honest after the phone call I couldn’t stop thinking about that day approaching but we left it for 3 days so we could spend more time with them but when that day came Pongo was terrible on his legs.
Friday 5th March had arrived & Sandy the vet arrived, he was lovely, came in to see them both lying on there favourite place in the house- the sofa, no one could ever get a seat in our house, he talked to them, he was so compassionate & understanding, he explained what was going to happen, he gave them there first injection where they would go to sleep & at this point was the best time to say our goodbyes, it was heartbreaking, they were both licking our faces, we could not stop crying but know it was the best thing to let them go together as they both had there problems & one would never be the same without the other one, after spending about 10 mins they peacefully went to sleep & looked at peace & without pain, Sandy then administered the final injections, I honestly thought at that point I was going to be sick. Sandy left after this & we got to spend another half hour with them just looking at them, cuddling them until the cremation company arrived.
I cannot recommend cloud 9 vets enough for arranging a vet to come to our home to make this stress free for our lovely pets, they are professional from start to finish, it was the best thing we could have done for them & deserved a peaceful farewell, we will never forget them & still heartbroken 😢😢 but so glad we found cloud 9 vets as our own vets would not come to our house.
Please can you pass this onto Sandy as we were in such a state that we would like to thank him personally for all his kindness ❤️
Samuel, the vet assigned to the euthanasia was wonderfully kind and gentle in his actions and words at this sad time of having my 18yr old cat Worzel euthanized 9/3/21 - it was a very peaceful passing, I couldnt have asked for more compassion from them.
It was wonderful to find these vets in these corona times, who were willing to come to my home, when sadly, most vets will not.
Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟
Vicky was very professional and very helpful with organisation everything what we needed. And Zoi seriously is Angel Woman who keep hand on a pulse 💗I'm so really grateful to make finded that's professional help, when I lost my hope with last our life our beloved Nero 💗 Thank you ❤️🐺🐾
Sam came to our home, talked us through everything and Max died peacefully in my arms. He was totally chilled, in familiar surroundings, with those who loved him.
We will he eternally grateful to cloud nine for offering this service and to Sam for coming into our home (despite the pandemic) and helping make a very difficult day less difficult.
She is now buried in our garden, we and even had a rainbow appear over the garden for her.
calming efficiency got us sorted when we were at our lowest and got us through a tough and hard time
I would highly recommend cloud 9 to anyone facing this difficult decision.
If you need to say goodbye to a cherished pet at home, please look no further, this was the best decision we could have made.
Would highly recommended to anyone in the same situation, made everyone feel at ease and explained everything, just amazing people
We had our sick 10 year old German Shepherd put to sleep Wednesday 16.12.20.
The Cloud 9 vet was very professional, caring and understanding of our grief.
We spent time with Kody as the procedure was done and after he fell asleep.
Thank you Cloud 9 for your loving help, and to help us with our grief.
John Mc Donald
He explained everything and we decided the garden was a peaceful place to do it as Mojo loved his garden!!!
We were not rushed, time and care was taken and he went peacefully under his favourite tree.
Andrea took time and care with him wrapping him in the biggest fluffy blanket to take him to the crematorium.
The after care aswell is second to none, a little card arrived a few days later which is next to him under the tv.
If I could advise anyone in this position Cloud 9 are amazing!!!!
When I had made the decision to have your service at home, it made things much easier.
Thank you to Andreas who showed great compassion and dignity when dealing with us and my beautiful cat.
I'm really really grateful for your service
We knew that if he quickly made a turn for the worse and we had to take him to his ordinary vet (which makes him anxious even on a good day), we would not be able to go in with him (due to Covid-19) and he would be all alone during his final moments. This is when we found and got in touch with Cloud 9 Vets. Making the call was itself daunting, however Amber at Cloud 9 put us at ease. She was comforting and empathetic, and was able to answer all our questions, big and small. She booked a local vet, Punit, to come around the following day at a time which suited us best. We also booked an individual cremation.
The morning of was difficult as we knew it was out final few hours with our baby, and we were anxious about the whole procedure, despite how much Amber has alleviated our worries. We pampered him, offered him all his favourite treats (he unfortunately wasnt interested in eating by this point) and got him tucked up all comfy with his favourite blankies. We all sat around him and said our goodbyes.
Punit turned up exactly on time, introduced himself and explained what he would be doing step by step. Once we were ready he very calmly administered the sedative. Being a large dog, it took a while to kick in. We all sat around and shared happy stories about his long life with us until he was peacefully asleep. Punit did not rush us in any way, gave us space and encouraged us to take as much time as we need with him before he administered the second injection. We all said our final goodbyes, gave him lots of kisses and prayed as a family for him to rest in peace. He passed so peacefully, just like he had drifted into a deep sleep. No twinges, no sounds, nothing scary. We cried and let out our feelings only after he had passed, ensuring his final memories were of normality; his family sitting around him giving him love.
The crematorium came around 20 minutes later to collect his body. We were able to follow our religious tradition which requires certain items to be cremated with the body. The undertaker was very understanding of our wishes and ensured things were done just as we asked. His ashes were returned to us 4 days later as promised.
Although this has been a heartbreaking time for us, we felt a surprising sense or relief and comfort in knowing that we gave our darling dog the most compassionate and peaceful send off, in the comfort of his own home. Overall the entire experience with Cloud 9 Vets was faultless and made such a difficult time of our lives more bearable. In hindsight, we feel like we made the right decision for our dog, at the right time.
We would highly recommend the service to anyone facing the unthinkable decision to put their beloved pet to sleep. It is the most heart-wrenching kindness we can offer, for their lifetime of love and loyalty.
We would like to offer our upmost gratitude to Punit for being incredibly compassionate in performing the service. We are so thankful you were sent to us at our time of need.
Thank you once again Elaine Mcdonald
The service we received from the cloud 9 vet who attended our home was amazing at what was an extremely emotional and distressing time. The care and compassion towards our dog, it was as if it was his own, exactly what was needed and this compassion extended to our family which my mum was extremely grateful for. Especially during the strange times of COVID-19.
It was more appreciated as our regular vets had refused to come out for home visit, even after we had explained that the dog hated cars, he couldn’t at that time stand up and was crying all this was explained but still they wouldn’t attend after advertising 24/7 care with home visits.
My mum as deeply upset at the thought we would have to man handle our dog into a car and cause him further uncomfort/ and or distress.
It was a great relief to all when cloud 9 said you were able to attend the house without issue and we were most grateful and the vet had to travel some distance to get to us.
It was just what my mum needed and wanted everyone was able to say goodbye and she got to be with her fur- best friend til the end.
Once again a huge thank you to vet, Nacho
We made the difficult decision to call Cloud 9 Vets, and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone. Before the end of the day, she called us back, and she had managed to book a vet for the following day.
As you can imagine, being a parent to a fur baby, the anticipation throughout the day was a horrendous feeling for us and we were crying for most of the day. But we had a peaceful final day, at home, with our beautiful girl, sat giving cuddles, kisses and even sat out in the garden with her.
In the evening, a really lovely vet called Sam visited, and he was really calm and caring. He talked us through everything, step by step. Everything was done at our own speed and he gave us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbye without any rush. I held her in my arms throughout everything and she passed peacefully in my arms. Sam sat with us for a short while after, to make sure we were ok and spoke us through what may happen afterwards.
Thank you for allowing us to say goodbye to our baby girl in the comfort of our own home, without any stress.
Her tail did not stop wagging for a fuss right to the very end, (or for pepperami!) which was as perfect an end as I could have hoped for, at home, relaxed and happy to have me by her side as always. ❤️
A massive thank you goes out to Sophie of Cloud9Vets, for still offering a compassionate and peaceful euthanasia at home in these difficult times, this was early June and my heart was breaking considering the only options available our local vets.
Sophie’s empathy and strength made the whole experience easier to deal with and kept me strong and staying positive for Copper’s last moments.
I know you are resting in peace now my darling, you are forever a part of my heart.
On Sunday 21st June we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beautiful German Shepard Cheavus to sleep. At nearly 14 years old we had suspected DM and the final stages came on quite suddenly. During the pandemic we didn’t think our wish for her (when the time came) to have our beautiful girl put to sleep at home would be possible but we found you. You truly are angels in disguise. In such a difficult time, Your empathy on the phone speaking to you through broken tears, even though you didn’t know us, we felt supported.
The lady who answered our cell provided a caring calm voice (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) and the selfless vet (Andrea if we remember correctly) went above and beyond to work an extra long day, to be with Cheavus and my partner and doing what was needed so Cheavus was no longer sad and unable to walk. In the home she knew, laying on the bed she loved…she passed away peacefully and the final memory of her going to sleep, my partner explained, was gentle as described…and we wholeheartedly thank them all.
The decision to euthanise is not one any human makes easily for their furry friend but to know there is a service out there where empathy and compassion is at every step, is truly heartwarming.
It’s not an easy thing they do and must be difficult for them all daily, but knowing they are helping animals and their owners in their time of need, I do hope brings them comfort.
I apologise for the long message but we want you to know that the passing of Cheavus has been made that little bit easier thanks to cloud 9 and their amazing people and vet.
Last week i had to make the hard decision to help my Shih Tzu Milo pass over the rainbow bridge. Due to the current Covid situation our own vets disappointingly were unable to assist with this and there was no way that i was going to hand Milo over to die alone away from those he loved, as they would not allow us in the surgery to be with him either. Thats when i called Cloud 9 for help, they were very understanding and sent James to perform the procedure which was done professionally and with dignity. Milo passed in my arms peacefully and James was so very caring and supportive. Thankyou so very much James for enabling me to give Milo a loving and dignified passing.
Milo was cremated and his ashes are now back home with us where he belongs, RIP my sweet beautiful boy xxx
From the 1st phone to call to the day when the vet came they where so kind and compassionate, they all made such a hard situation just that bit easier with there kind words and thoughtfulness, we felt under no pressure or rush to say goodbye to our beloved boy.
I would have no trouble highly recommending cloud 9 and would definitely use again when the time comes for my other pets
cannot fault in any way
will recommend at any chance i get.
i have not seen an easier passing, so much less stress
I called on Saturday afternoon and was so glad that Cloud 9 arranged everything so quickly especially as it is difficult organising things at weekends. They worked hard in the background arranging for the vet to visit at 10am on Sunday to put Erin to sleep and for the crematorium representative to arrive at 11am to take her away to be cremated.
All in all, this meant that Erin had as dignified and comfortable a passing as could be hoped for and we are so grateful to Cloud 9 Vets for arranging everything for us, leaving us free to grieve.
Everyone involved was so kind and sympathetic and I would not hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 Vets to anyone in a similar situation with their beloved pet.
Andreas who attended Belle was so caring and explained everything step by step. He gave us as much time as we needed with her in her final moments. He stepped back everytime with the current situation so we could be with her. Cannot thank him and Cloud 9 Vets enough for making this heartbreaking day go a little easier. I would also highly recommend for nervous dogs. My Belle was terrified of her own vets and the thought of having to take her there to be put to sleep and her be stressed in her final moments was too much for me to bear. Thank you so much.
When we got home, I looked up the website and I was so disappointed that we were out with their travel area, but I called them anyway. And I am so glad I did. It was such a relief to hear reassuring words that they were sure the vet would travel the extra miles. Within half an hour the confirmation came that they could help me. The relief that gave me allowed me to spend one last day with my girl without worry.
Even with Lockdown rules, my beautiful girl just slept away and I was so grateful for that and it gave me such peace and that cannot be bought! Charis’s gentle approach and good energy was such a blessing, a true empath to both animals and their humans. My heartfelt thanks to All at Cloud9 for the amazing work you do.
Thank you so much
Maddie passed away at home, peacefully, with her family around her. Shanice the vet was wonderful and caring and said she would stay for as long as she was needed.
I'm just so thankful that this service is available to help pets pass with dignity in their own home.
Thank you for giving Maddie the dignified peaceful passing she deserved. ❤️❤️

Cannot recommend enough .
We called in cloud 9 vets who provide a home service nationwide, this gave Feezil the dignity he deserved after being our loving friend for eighteen and a half years. The young man that came was amazing, very professional, compassionate, and he explained everything in great detail and how Feezil may react, he didn't rush and stayed for nearly half an hour until Feezil was resting.
was amazing and did everything he could for my leo .
Also comforted our family
its a big loss but paul made his last moments comfy
let us say our goodbyes as a family
also went above and beyond for us
10 out of 10
Thanks again for everything you did that day when no one else would 💚
We didn't want to rush to make the decision as we always said we wanted to do it at home. We had planned for Monday with out normal vets to come round but Toby took a turn for worse on Friday and we nearly did it then but in the evening he helped us make the sad decision to it on Saturday and not make him wait or suffer for us. We struggled to get a vet to come out as it was a weekend and we booked to go into vets which we didn't want as Toby was so scared of the vets.
Thank goodness just before the appt. a Google advert appeared for. Cloud9 Vets.
Jaqui (Jack) was absolutely amazing, she made the whole process peaceful, calm and made us feel the comfort and reassurance we needed at this sad time.
Toby died peacefully in his bed with us by him as we cuddled and kissed him a lot and helped us wrap him in his blanket and bed as we said our goodbyes.
You helped give us a dignified way to say goodbye to Toby that we always wanted and gave us the reassurance and relief that we were doing the right thing for him and that he wasn't in pain anymore and that we could start the closure on what was a painful week and decision for us.
Thank you so much for helping us with Toby, you were the best - we really won't forget it x
Our girl and us were all relaxed, everything was explained and we couldn’t have asked for more.
put Toby at ease and told me of everything he would be doing. Toby was very relaxed and in turn
turn that made me more relaxed. He had a very peaceful and dignified passing in his own
home. I would recommend Cloud 9 Vets to anybody, the service was the best.
Alan is amazing. He put my girl away so very gentle.
I recommend you to everyone that has to do this.
You have all been Hurley amazing in such a hard time.
Can't say thank you all enough
we had our Bailey euthanized at home and can't recommend the vet Allen enough...
he was great all the way through and made it such a personal comforting outcome to something that I've never even had the courage to do before by being there.
at his side..hugging him until he finally drifted off to sleep...thank you Amber and Allen...xxx❤
I would definitely recommend them . The vet Julie was so calming and talk to us every step of the way. Our other dog's had a chance to say goodbye to their friend.
She passed in her favourite place on the sofa. Surrounded by family and lots of love ...
Julie thank you for understanding and your kind words. This ment a lot to Nigel and I.
kind regards Debe.
We have experienced having to take Pets to the Vets to say goodbye before, which we have found so stressful for both our animals & us....but on Amber & Immas merits, we would recommend Cloud9 anytime to anyone. It obviously costs a little more to say “Goodbye” in the comfort of yours & your pets own home, but we think it was worth every single penny.
Sorry for such a long review, but I can’t praise Cloud9 enough. Once again, ”Thank You“ Amber & Imma, Love From Sue & Mac xxxx

Andrea explained everything that was going to happen, it was so calm and peaceful. A gentle end and final goodbye to my friend of 15 years.
I cannot thank Henry enough. He allowed us to say goodbye to Bert, our beautiful Great Dane, with dignity and respect. Henry was very professional and patient. Thank you so much . You gave our Bert a good passing.
We had to have our 15 year old furbaby put to sleep. Our vet would not come out. Having called other vets. I was given the number of cloud 9 Vets. The vet who came was called Charis and she was so kind and calm and reassuring as we were so upset. My dog wasn't aware of anything and she passed so peacefully and with dignity and no stress. Charis was so gentle with her the whole time. She gave us privacy and time to say goodbye. She didn't rush us. She made the awful situation easier with her kind words and reassurance. Cloud 9 also organised the cremation service and the girl who came from them was also the same. She was so gentle with our girls body. You could see she was an animal lover. She was also reassuring that they would be kind and look after her for us. I felt she was so genuine. When they brought back her ashes. They had put a wee candle in the bag. A wee pink ribbon with her name. They put a plaque on the scatter tube. They gave us a certificate of individual cremation which reassured us. And they had also taken a clipping of her hair and put it in a wee pocket to put a photo in. Its the wee things that are important. I cannot recommend this service enough. From the initial call to having her ashes returned we felt we were treated with sensitivity, kindness and compassion. Thank you so much for helping make this horrendous situation bearable giving us time to grieve knowing our girl got a gentle passing.
We had an amazing vet, named Andrea who came out to us in assisting End of Life Palliative care to our Gorgeous beloved, adorable cat Hugo,(Teddy).Andrea was so thoughtful and kind and extremely caring when administering End of Life care to what was a very sudden acute illness that happened so quickly to our lovely cat. Andrea was so gentle with our beautiful Teddy and very supportive and understanding. The process was so calming and passive. I was able for Teddy to be held ,nursed on my knee once he had had some sedation to make him sleepy. Andrea then very gently handed Teddy in his favourite blanket to me where our beautiful angel passed peacefully. We couldn't have asked for a better process. Everything was carried out to our wishes ,so we could nurse our beautiful best friend and companion to the very end
.Thank you Andrea for being such a lovely ,caring vet. You are one in a million! And a big thank you to all the other staff at Cloud 9 Vets who we liaised with. You are a great team and are a credit to your profession. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! Kindest Regards,
Michelle & Yvonne.
Our beloved cat , Hugo (Teddy).
When we put Fudge our Jack Russell to sleep after 16 years - Faye was so caring and allowed us time to make it the best ending it could be for us and the dog. The dog was at home in its own garden and we were given plenty of time to say goodbye, I wanted to thank Faye for making the experience as good as it could be given the circumstances and we were pleased that Fudge was able to be at home at the end.
We were devastated to have to make the decision to put our darling Ollie to sleep.
From the point of contact we were shown nothing but compassion. They organised for
Faye the vet to come to our home and the
Faye arrived and was so comforting she gently
prepared then when we were ready let ollie gently slip away with us all there.
Faye was absolutely fantastic and i cant thank her enough for everything.
I would 100% recommend cloud9vets
Thank you all once again your kindness made
A traumatic time a little easier
Can't thank Cloud 9 Vets enough for making the whole experience of losing our precious lab Tia so easy, and as stress free as possible. Really efficient service from start to finish.
A week today I made the decision to say goodbye to my beautiful Staffie Brie. She was approx. 15 yrs (Dogs Trust) and had suffered from dementia for 2 years. I am so glad I discovered Cloud 9 - what an amazing, kind team. Andrea went out of his way to fit us into a very busy schedule and was unbelievably caring and empathetic. He gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. He was so gentle and respectful explaining everything step by step. I'd goes as far to say that he is the best vet I have never met and would highly recommend Cloud 9. They made a painful experience bearable. Thank you.
Sadly we had to have our dog suddenly put down late last month and we owe a massive thank you to Cloud 9 vets or making an extremely difficult time as easy as can be.
With COVID-19, it was difficult to find anybody who would come to the house or allow all 4 os us to be with our dog whilst he crossed the rainbow bridge. However we then discovered Cloud 9 who despite it being Bank Holiday weekend, came to our house so our beloved dog could remain at home for his final moments surrounded by all of the family. Roshni, the vet who attended was extremely caring and compassionate and explained every part of the process to us. She was extremely understanding and treated Harley with great dignity and respect at all times which bought comfort to us all and at no point did we feel rushed.
Thankyou to everyone at Cloud 9 Vets for making the process as easy and as peaceful as possible, and a massive thank you to Roshni for her kindness, professionalism and compassion throughout - we are forever grateful.
Cloud 9 Vets Service is a wonderful service. Our dog Podge became terminally ill very suddenly. From the first enquiry regarding what to do, to the care provided on the day Podge had to leave us, we were met with lovely sensitive people who completely understand how dreadful it feels to say goodbye to a pet. The people I spoke to on the phone provided empathetic, unpressurised advice, the vet, (Sonia), who came to us early on Saturday morning was gentle and kind and allowed us plenty of time to say goodbye. Podge was sedated before her final eutahansia so our last memories of her were those of her suffering ebbing away gently. The cremation service was also polite, sensitive and prompt. Manny, many thanks.
There was no way I was taking our 13 year old labradoodle Tia to the vets to be put to sleep. Faye from cloud9 was excellent and very compassionate. She gave Tia a sedative and she was able to fall asleep properly before being give the final injection, in fact she was snoring away happily in my arms. nothing was rushed and it was the most peaceful of all the pets we have had to put to sleep. Thank you
We cannot thank cloud9vets enough, especially Andrea, for the care and kindness shown when making the difficult decision for our wonderful, faithful 15 year old labrador Bailey. Andrea was so kind and kept us informed and was happy to let us spend time with Bailey before he left us. Thank you so much to all at cloud9vets.
We recently had the very hard and heart-breaking decision to put our beloved Bulldog George to sleep due to ill health.
We contacted Cloud9Vets and spoke the most loveliest and compassionate Care Coordinator AMBER who was so kind and helpful and helped arrange everything, the vet who came to our house was so kind and explained everything that was going to happen and let us stay with George hugging and saying our goodbyes all through the whole process even after he fell asleep we stayed him.
The cremation services LEGACY PETS came later who were so professional and caring and couldn't do enough.
If you ever find yourself as a pet owner in the position where you have to make one of the hardest decisions we cannot recommend Cloud9 Highley enough.
All our thanks Cheryl and David Partington
At the most heartwrenching time of our lives, we were met with empathy and great understanding with even more humanity, from a lovely man called Nacho. His compassion for our heartbreak was more than just using his vetinary expertise, he truly cares. We held on as long as we could to our wonderful 16 year old dog Patch, but still had to come to terms with the ultimate and feared decision, with the obvious emotions attached. I cannot stress how much we miss him, always will but know he lives in our hearts. I hope not to have this awful decision to make in the future, but if so, would not hesitate to go to Cloud 9 Vets as they have shown that it isn't just a business, like so many think today, even in this area, but that they care. Once again, thankyou Cloud Nine, but specifically Nacho, because as you saw this was a very painful process, made bearable only by your compassion.
I cannot praise Cloud9 for the way they organised our Giant Schnauzer Hugo passing!
Cannot thank Andrea enough for his kindness while we said “Goodbye” to our precious boy!
So lost tonight
I would highly recommend Cloud 9 vets.
When we had to make the very painful decision to have our lovely old dog Mika put to sleep in early May they provided professional and well organised help.
The Vet “Zoi “ who came to our house was compassionate and informative helping to make the situation a bit easier.
Cloud 9 also arranged for the removal of Mika once she had passed.
The two young ladies involved were very considerate and professional
Many thanks to all involved for helping to make everything bearable.
Having made the difficult descion to help our beautiful old mini schnauzer, Ellie to cross the rainbow, Henry came tour home, and whilst she was surrounded by family, he gently gave her a sedative and patiently waited for twenty minutes until we all ready for the final good bye. Ellie knew nothing and everything was so calm, peaceful and tender, I can not thank or praise Henry enough for his unhurried professional and emphatic manner.
My mother was unfortunately taken to hospital as an emergency and was unable to be with Prince when he went to sleep. My brother was there and was very pleased with the lovely vet who came to help Prince at the end, caring compassionate and professional from the start. Your service takes a very sad situation through from first contact to delivery of his ashes home to my mother. I am so glad that I found Cloud 9 Vets and a very loyal friend and companion is now at peace, and that is of some comfort to us all. Thank you so much.
Last Wednesday we had to put our beloved Tess to sleep. She was our constant companion for the last 15 years. Charis was so lovely, she re arranged her schedule to come early as Tess was deteriorating. She explained the process clearly and with compassion. She gave us time to be alone with Tess once she was sedated. We cannot thank Charis enough for the peaceful way Tess passed away. It gave us comfort on the worst of days . We also received a handwritten note through the post expressing her sadness and sympathy. An exceptional service from an exceptional young lady. Thank You Charis.
We could not recommend Cloud 9 Vets more. They were kind and helpful over the telephone making arrangements and when the vet, Andrea, came to the house, he was so lovely, caring and compassionate. He gently talked us through the process and gave us time afterwards to say a final goodbye. It was a lovely and peaceful passing for our Labrador, Henry. We can't thank them enough. Karen and David
On 14th May we had to say our last goodbyes to our beloved 13 1/2 year old golden retriever/collie cross.
Judit, the vet who came was very calm and kind to both Tilly and us. Tilly was given painless sedation and then drifted off peacefully. She gave us all the time we needed to go through this sad experience.
We will always be grateful to Judit and Cloud 9 vets for their incredibly compassionate service at what was such an emotionally painful time.
Last month we had to say goodbye to our very special dog, Milly.
Under Covid restrictions, our vets are not doing house calls (even to the garden) or allowing owners to attend appointments with pets. So, the idea of bundling an elderly, infirm dog into the car and then leaving her with strangers outside the door of the vets, was unthinkable. We came across details of Cloud9 online and had no idea such a service existed, but were still apprehensive.
The lady on the phone (Vicky) was extremely professional and reassuring, and arranged everything for us. The vet who attended (Samuel) was very calm, kind and respectful, enabling us to say farewell to a treasured member of the family in our own home.
Samuel explained everything to us at each stage and enabled an elderly "lady" to slip away peacefully. The service even arranged for her to be collected by the pet crematorium, by a very kind and professional chap, who returned her ashes to us a few days later.
It is a service that makes a stressful and difficult situation so much easier to bear. Thank you.
Fiona and Richard
We recently had to say goodbye to our boy Blue, who had been with us for 14 years. I couldn't get any local vets to help me and I was watching my poor old boy suffer. I contacted Cloud 9 and from the very first call they were so helpful and thoughtful. Their vet was very busy that day but when the lady I spoke to explained the situation he made time at the end of his day to come and help Blue and make sure he was no longer suffering. My husband was with the vet and Blue the whole time and said it was done in a very caring and dignified way, my boy didn't get stressed or suffer. The vet then took my boy away and we received his ashes back a week later, so he is at home now where he belongs. I cant thank the team enough and would recommend Cloud 9 to anyone.
Thank you so much for the excellent service we received yesterday at such a distressing time. Unfortunately our big ,white, cuddly 13 year old German Shepherd, Kaiser had to be put to sleep quite suddenly. A lovely kind vet called Zoe came to our home and put him to sleep lying in his usual spot in the conservatory. Zoe was very compassionate and gave us time to say our final goodbyes and tell him how much we loved him. Kaiser was then treated with great dignity by the ICare Pet Crem company. Alex and Courtney were again so kind and thoughtful and really understanding of how difficult the whole situation was. Although yesterday was an awful and distressing day for our whole family, we take great comfort in the fact the end was very peaceful and that our Kaiser is no longer in any pain. Thank you to all concerned for your professionalism, kindness and support.
From the moment Cloud 9 answered the phone, they were courteous, understanding and extremely caring ! The whole experience was made more bearable by all the staff involved. Bonny was treated with dignity and respect throughout and we were taken great care of at every stage. Elizabeth, Faye and the gentleman from the crematorium all had our best interested at heart including the amazing aftercare shown by the staff at the crematorium. We will forever be grateful to everyone who helped us during such a sad time in our lives. Christine and Stephen
We want to thank Cloud 9 Vets and Rachel in particular who came to put our beloved cat Molly to sleep. Molly was a rescue cat and had a major issue with the vets, and after getting seriously ill and not responding to treatment we had to make the heart wrenching decison to put her to sleep.
Having the option to have someone come to the house made that decision a hundred times easier as it meant her last moments were relaxed and happy. Rachel was kind enough to sedate her on my lap, so she spent her final moments in her favorite place. I would recommend Cloud 9 to everyone as they were considerate and supportive of us when we were very emotional. 10/10 service.
It has struck us, how similar our circumstances are, to other pet owners, who were desperate for relief for our companions, but let down by our own vets in our hour of need. Because of Covid19, refusing a visit to our garden to relieve the pain of cancer, for our beautiful chocolate labrador 'MEG'.
So, many thanks to you all, from first contact to last, for the help, understanding, compassion and gentle professionalism you all displayed.
Meg now rests in peace, in a sunny plot in our garden.
I had to make the agonising decision to have my baby dog, Buster, a Staffy, put to sleep. It was by far the hardest thing I'd ever had to do in my entire life. He was just over 2 months away from his 15th birthday. Due to Covid, I wasn't allowed to be with Buster at my regular vet when it happened. After all the love, fun, loyalty and companionship he'd given me, this was completely out of the question. I found Cloud 9 Vets online, and after having read their reviews, I rang them. The lady I spoke to was lovely, she had such a kind, sympathetic way about her I was glad I'd rung them. A vet called Samuel came to my home on the morning 9th December.
He had a lovely way about him, showing a lot of empathy.
Samuel explained the procedure to me, telling me exactly what to expect.
I sat in Buster's bed with him lying between my legs. I was talking to him and smoothing him throughout the whole procedure. When he finally drifted off, Samuel gently laid Buster on his side, and I put his 'blankey' on him! Samuel told me I'd done the kindest thing letting Buster go, as he was poorly.
I can't thank Cloud 9 Vets enough and would recommend them to anyone who sadly finds themselves in the same position. Thank you
Our little 20 year old cat was a member of our family, much loved by us all, but suddenly developed serious liver disease and for a while we clung to every last hope that he might get better. We wanted to say goodbye to him in our garden rather than in a sterile room at our usual vet's practice. Cloud 9 Vets saved us from despair. Lovely Jacqui was kind, reassuring, helped us see that we were doing the right thing for him, always respected our grief but had a way of lightening the mood too. We were able to cuddle him in his final moments and to say goodbye properly.
Cloud 9 Vets gave us everything we needed from the first phone call, as we prepared to say goodbye to our beautiful cat Tiger. Sam, the vet came to our house and was wonderful. He calmly and sensitively explained everything to us and treated Tiger as respectfully as possible. Thank you Cloud 9 Vets.
