Last friday a vet called John came to put my lovely cat to sleep. What a brilliant vet, so kind, so compassionate, so skilful. My boy just fell asleep in his favourite place, he did n't feel a thing. I will always be grateful to you John, and the staff at Cloud9. I could n't have had better service. Thank you

We used cloud 9 vets to help our beloved burnese mountain dog Bruno go to sleep forever after he was diagnosed with a massive tumour, John came to our house, he was kind, thoughtful and didn’t rush us at all, our beautiful boy got a beautiful death in his own home with his devastated family around him, I cant thank John and this company enough 💔xx

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Cloud 9 Vets for the compassionate care they provided during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. Our beloved dog, Miko, a shiba inu, had reached the end of her journey after 17 years and 4 months, and we were faced with the incredibly difficult decision of lessening her suffering with euthanasia. Thankfully, we found Cloud 9 Vets, and their dedication to pet care made an unbearable situation manageable.

From the moment Dr. Sally arrived at our home, we felt an immense sense of relief. She was not only extremely nice and caring, but she also exuded a gentleness and tact that put both me and my children at ease. Sally approached the situation with such grace, taking the time to explain everything while ensuring our dog's comfort was the top priority. Her experience shone through as she worked smoothly, making the process as peaceful as it could possibly be.

In the comfort of our living room, I sat in my armchair with my dog curled up in my arms, surrounded by my children who were holding onto her paws. It was a tender moment, and Sally's gentle demeanor made it feel sacred. She knelt down to provide the injections, and I knew we were in the hands of a truly caring professional. The love she showed our family and our dog made a horrifying experience feel a little less painful.

After Miko's passing, Sally gave us the sacred space we needed to process our grief. An hour or so later, a kind gentleman arrived from the cremation company, Phoenix pet cremation, with a dog bed to take Miko with him. Without hesitation, he allowed my son to carry our dog downstairs and into his van, honoring her memory in such a respectful way. We have since received her ashes back and paw prints they made for us. it took only a few days which was very important to us as well.

The tenderness and gentle approach that Cloud 9 Vets and their staff displayed is something I will forever cherish. They made a painful farewell as serene as possible, ensuring that my family felt supported every step of the way. I am eternally grateful for the existence of Cloud 9 Vets and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Thank you, Cloud 9 Vets, for being such a compassionate part of our journey.

Very sadly I had to say goodbye to my lovely boy Muttley after 15 excellent years. It was something I was dreading as he hated going to the vets. My Friend told me about Cloud 9 vets and am so grateful that she did.

From the initial phone call to the final quiet and peaceful goodbye, the whole process was made so much better for us all.

Hannah the vet who came out to us was just lovely, she explained everything, treated Mutts with extreme kindness and I cannot thank her enough.

The vet was so kind and compassionate and explained every step of the process - thank you Galina. Collection was also a a smooth experience and we all felt very supported at every point. I can’t thank Charis enough for making the loss of our beloved boy that little bit easier knowing that he was in safe hands and with someone so kind and caring it meant soo much to us having snoopy at home til the end, Charis gave us all the time we needed with our boy which was very much appreciated.. we would not hesitate in recommending cloud9vets and also Alistair from icare pet crematorium who came to take our boy to have his individual cremation and he is already back home where he belongs 💖🐾🌈 xx

I did not opt with the vet in the end, as it was all very last minute. However, the lady Debbie who I spoke to, I can’t overstate how fantastic she was. Obviously this is a very tough and difficult situation, and he approach was second to none. I cannot thank her enough, for her warmth, genuine care, and efforts she made. Thank you so much. ❤️

We had Audrey come out today to put our beautiful Marley to sleep she was so kind, compassionate and great with the process which made such a terrible day that bit easier thank you so much Audrey

Unfortunately we had to put our beloved Maggie to rest. Her passing went with peace, dignity and love surrounded by her family in her own home on her bed. We can’t thank Hannah enough for being so gentle and respectful towards our beloved Maggie in her last moments.

I was having second thoughts about going through with having my 21 year old cat Lily put to sleep regardless of her many problems and David was able to reassure me that I was doing the best and kindest thing for Lily. She is at peace now and pain free and David was so understanding, kind and compassionate, I cannot thank him enough.

We sadly had to make the call on our little sausage head Digby a few weeks back. Cloud9 and Andrea (the vet) were amazing throughout the whole process and so compassionate. Andrea spoke through every step and even gave us our own time to say goodbye to our little man and for us to tell him when we was ready. Digby's ashes were returned so fast and followed by a condolences card a few days later.

My fantastic Mr George died peacefully in his favorite armchair, over looking his beautiful garden. I was with him and right by his side as always. And Cloud 9 ( Filipe) enabled that to happen in the best way. We are so sad.
But its one battle we cant win. We are so thankful for the gift of beautiful George in our lives, and this was the best possible way in which we had to make that goodbye. Thankyou so much Cloud 9 - a lovely caring service

I was so relieved when I found out about this service as I didn't want to put my cat through the trauma of taking to the vet surgery, preferring to be in the comfort of home. I spoke to Kate a few times to make arrangements and she was empathetic and efficient. Then the vet who came out, Charis, was fantastic. So kind and understanding and made the whole, potentially traumatic, process so much easier. Thank you.

Last week the time came to let my 21 year old cat die peacefully. It was a difficult decision and an extremely expensive one. The whole process was handled very well, timings information everything. I was sad to say Good Bye but very grateful to Cloud9Vets Reception the Vet onsite and the Cremation company for their sensitive handling from start to end.

Absolutely lovely people so patient and caring what was a heart breaking time for our family they helped and cared so much. We thank you all so much x

It wasn't an easy decision. After 15 years with my cat, Nerina, I felt lost when making the decision about what to do. I couldn't watch her suffer anymore. That's when I decided to ask Cloud9vet for information. Talking to Kate was helpful; her availability and kindness were vital and a great help in deciding what I should do. So I made an appointment. Billy came that day to assist me and Nerina. The moment I opened the door, I knew that Billy was the person I could trust to accompany Nerina to a better life. He prepared me first, explaining everything he was about to do, and he did it with extreme sweetness, and then he moved on to Nerina. I can't thank you enough for what you did and for making this goodbye as painless as possible. Thank you, Billy, from the bottom of my heart.

We would like to thank Cloud9vets for the wonderful service they provided in helping us to say goodbye to our 16 year old shihtzu. Dylan went to sleep in his own bed peacefully with special thanks to Rob who explained everything from start to finish and was very professional caring and sympathetic and gave us plenty of time with Dylan. I would highly recommend cloud9vets to anyone it is an amazing service.

The team at Cloud 9 vets were excellent from the first phone call with Darlene until we received our beloved dog’s ashes back. The vet that came to our home was Charis , she was lovely, spent time talking about our boy remembering all the good times over his 15 years of life. It was not rushed, we played music and reflected. Our boy went to sleep so peacefully with his head on a pillow. It was very touching. He went to sleep forever in his favourite spot in front of the fire. He was picked up in a basket with a little rose placed on him by Elizabeth and Bailey who took him for cremation. They were both very kind and respectful. We got our boy back very soon after, with a lovely card and a further condolences card from the attending vet, Charis. Thank you all for making such a difficult time so much less stressful . Would definitely use this service again, when the time comes.

It was unimaginably hard to say goodbye to our beloved ginger cat, Ollie but Cloud 9 Vets were really wonderful.  They were able to come out on the very same day. Both the lady on the phone, and our wonderful vet, Alex, who came to our house were so compassionate and understanding. Alex was brilliant and gave us a lot of time.  Alex gave Ollie a thorough examination and was very reassuring that we were doing the right thing. He was happy to answer all our questions and was very sympathetic to all our needs and requirements. It was just so different to say our goodbyes at home and sitting in Ollie's favourite chair. There are so many benefits to saying goodbye at home, and this makes such a difficult time more bearable. Thank you for your kindness.

I had to have my boy euthanised and decided to do this at home.
From start to finish the service I received was excellent
They were companionate and caring. Everything was explained. Although extremely emotional it was definitely less stressful than having euthanasia at a vets. Cloud 9 vets were absolutely great and I could not ask for anymore. I would definitely recommend to everyone. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for everything

Thank you so much to Cloud 9 vets for your help and care. Our beautiful 16 year old Jack Russell sadly deteriorated quickly. Samuel visited us 'same day' and helped Jazz fall asleep pain free. The call handlers were so compassionate and patient with me as I came to terms with the situation and arranged for Samuel and the crematorium collection to come to us quickly. Samuel was excellent, he talked us through every step and what to expect and was very caring towards both us and Jazz. The at home euthanasia meant Jazz could slip away comfortable in her own bed surrounded by family, and her two brothers could say goodbye to her. I can't thank you enough for looking after us all.

Our senior cat Lola was euthanised last week by the lovely team at Cloud9Vets. Robert came to our house to perform at home euthanasia so Lola would not be stressed out and would be able to pass away in a familiar environment. Robert was caring, compassionate and respectful throughout the whole process, he explained the procedure with sensitivity and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to Lola. He let me hold Lola whilst he euthanised her in my arms which meant a lot to me to know I could be there for her in her last moments. After the euthanasia, we had Neill come in to take Lola away for individual cremation. Once again, Neill was also compassionate, understanding and sensitive to the passing of Lola. We did not feel rushed at all to have her handed over and Neill spent with us around 20-30 minutes as we were finally ready to let her go. When Lola was in Neills box covered by a blanket he shown great compassion to her little body by turning around from any passers by to protect her peace. Both Robert and Neill were amazing and made the whole process so smooth and so much easier for us aswell. If you are needing to put down your loved one, I would absolutely recommend the team at Cloud9Vets and at home euthanasia aswell. I would also like to thank Elizabeth and anyone else I spoke to over the phone to make the decision of euthanasia and they made it a smooth process through and through. After making the hardest decision to say goodbye to our beloved akita Lumen, we wanted this at home and Cloud9vets made this possible. We want to thank Sally who made the sad experience sympathetic, without any stress in our fur baby, gave us time to say our goodbyes and made the memory a peaceful experience as it could have been. To phoenix crematorium who were professional and respectful with Lumen. Picking up Lumen from the crematorium also gave me peace as the site was full of wildlife and greenery. Our beautiful 14yrar old golden lab chief had a seizure last Sunday I knew it wasn’t a case of being able to save him but to make sure he didn’t suffer and had a dignified goodbye. due to it being the weekend I was unable to get any help from any of the local emergency vets to come out to us he was settled but couldn’t be moved with distress. I contacted cloud 9 who said they would do there best to get a vet out to me to help which they did within a couple of hours and also organised for chiefs cremation. I am so grateful as if this hadn’t of happened I dont know how chiefs last hours would have been spent. Cannot recommend or thank enough.

When Leo , our 12 year old Labrador collapsed on Sunday morning , we knew it was his time . Fortunately one of our vets had mentioned Cloud 9 and I’m
so pleased they had . The initial phone call was handled with such compassion and professionalism by Ellie , she couldn’t have been more helpful , trying to find a vet to come out on a Sunday morning . But she did ! 45 minutes David arrived . He helped Leo slip away pain free while we held him, he explained every step of the process , and was so kind , caring and understanding . He waited while we bought our other dogs to say goodbye to their big brother . The whole experience was almost soothing, knowing that Leo fell asleep on his own bed , not having to be moved and surrounded by his familiar smells .

Thank you for providing a same day professional service. The home visit by Galina gave our much loved border collie Guy a peaceful home passing and Galina was very kind and comforting to us and her professional presence was much appreciated at a very emotional and difficult time.

I can’t thank everyone at Cloud9 vets enough especially Nacko who visited our home, to help Harry ease his pain and place him in restful peace. Everything was explained before and after in such a caring manner. The most important thing to me and my daughter was Harry was put to sleep at home, Our vets recommended Coud 9 as they couldn’t come to our home out of hours, and I’m so pleased they did. I will always recommend their service.

During such a stressful time, Cloud9 were so compassionate. Sally visited us when our own vet could not attend and was so gentle and kind with our lovely Lilly in her final moments. Sally was fantastic at creating a serene, calm atmosphere which helped us cope and deal with our collective grief. I cannot recommend Cloud9 enough.

Couldn’t have asked for more at what was an incredibly difficult time for all of us. David was very kind and caring and made this very difficult decision as bearable as possible. Charlie passed away very peacefully.

My sweet boy Zeus was attended to by Robert, who was very compassionate and gentle from the minute he arrived. He treated Zeus with such care and respect, we couldn’t have asked for a better vet than Robert. He talked through the procedure with my family and I, and explained what to expect through each stage.

We highly recommend Cloud 9 Vets if euthanasia is the only way to end your baby’s pain and suffering, please consider at-home euthanasia. As awful as it is seeing your beloved baby pass away, they are in the comfort of their own home and surrounded by the people they love the most. We couldn’t bear to have Zeus scared at the Vet before his final moment so with him being at home with his family he was very comfortable and relaxed.
