Amazing service and staff at such a horrible time. Alex came to our house explained everything fully answered questions we had and gave us the time we needed. He is a credit to your company. Lee came from the crematorium and he again gave us the time we needed said he would put Beau in the pet bed if we wanted him too and he said we could put anything we wanted with him. We chose to do this ourselves and he gave us space and went back to the van until we were ready. We put Beau gently in the bed wrapped him in one of his blankets and put in a toy for him to play with..we said our final goodbyes and then we carried him out to the van.
Everyone we had contact with was great and we know Beau would be looked after. My Fur Baby is now out of pain and discomfort and that is a comfort to us as a family.
Thank you all.
Doodles was 16 and since being traumatised during the move to our new home 8 years ago, had become a house cat. We didnt mind as she just loved us, being with us and we loved her in equal amounts. She'd started losing weight and not eating much and we knew that the end was somewhere in the not too distant future. This caused us so much anxiety as we feared she'd pass on route to the vets and we didn't want this ending for her or us. Well our hand was forced sooner than we'd have liked and we needed to try to get a home visit to help her pass. I came across Cloud 9 Vets and gave them a call. Jennifer was so compassionate whilst being totally professional. Hannah came later that day and helped Doodles to pass peacefully gently and took things at our pace. I will be eternally grateful for the compassion that was shown to us and Doodles. R.I.P our gentle soul!
Nacho arrived on time, explained everything with us, with a sympathetic approach. He gave us plenty of time to say goodbye to our precious dog. very caring and professional, our beloved Kasper drifted away so peacefully, until we all meet again.
I am so grateful to Cloud 9 Vets, We new the time had come for our beloved Dog Zippy who was 16, from the first phone call to when Hannah turned up she was so compasionate and spent time with Zippy and explained the process, he never felt a thing and driffted away, i am so glad i had the home visit as he would have been really stressed if i had taken him to a Vet Surgery
Cloud9 we're fantastic start to finish. Our vet Kim was just amazing. What a lovely, kind, compassionate person. Made a difficult time a peaceful, calm experience even with our other two wee dogs there! Also, the guys from the crematorium were so kind and compassionate too. Thank you once again to you all.
I cannot express just how amazing this service is! Jennifer who arranged everything over the phone for me was so kind and compassionate
Susie came to our house to help our precious girl Chyna cross the Rainbow bridge. I was so overwhelmed when sje arrived that i could hardly speak but within minutes of being in her company she had calmed me right down. She asked about Chynas life and we spoke about all her adventures and how she loved to swim and i showed her a picture of her as a puppy. Chyna passed away peacefully in my arms. Thankyou Susie we were so blessed to have you here with us helping our girl and we are so grateful for your kindness and the love and respect you showed her.
Also want to thank the two ladies from the Crem who again handled everything with the greatest respect and compassion.
It was such a difficult day made easier with the help and support of cloud 9
Thankyou so much
Cannot thank cloud9 vets enough i phoned this morning as i knew our big dog mollie time was up after 12 years . Kim came out and made us calm waited with us till the end kim is amazing thankyou and as for crematorium guys omg amazing also thankyou again so much from all our family
Charis came to our home last Monday at short notice and was so compassionate. She helped our labrador cross Tess off to sleep so peacefully and painlessly. Cloud 9 had organised i Care Pet Crem to attend at the correct time who also provided a great service. Thank you all.
I just wanted to say thank you to the young vet that came out to our boy Scooby yesterday. She was super respectful and let us have as long as we needed to say goodbye. She was really gentle with Scooby and was genuinely sad with us without being at all intrusive. I would definitely highly recommend this service.
We made the most difficult decision to put Mango to sleep after a very difficult month where we could not contain her distress and discomfort despite strong medication. She was an older mixed breed rescue dog we brought from Hong Kong, and had made many transitions with us from living outside a construction yard, to a rescue centre to a home. Cloud 9 Vet, Dr Yuen who had grown up in HK, was balm to our sore souls this Weds. She spoke gently and with compassion, took the time we all needed to prepare and held a space for us to share stores of mangos remarkable life. Little things were so appreciated: not rushing, making sure Mango was completely sedated before final injection, trimming some fur for us, removing cannulas and tiny blood drops so Mango looked perfectly peaceful in her bed when she was collected The way she moved, spoke and contained the space was so honouring of Mango and the relationship we all had with her. It's my first time to have to put a pet to sleep, and have my son's experience this too and Cloud9 was a Cloud9 experience for us at hardest possible time. Thank you to the call handlers, vet, crematorium professions for all their care you helped us make an ending humane and connecting.
Benji’s passing was handled with dignity and great care by vet Sally and being at home meant he was calm & well cared for. It did not go completely smoothly as additional sedative was required. Also vet Sally could sense Benji just wanted us two there for him. She hid behind furniture so he was relaxed. She also swaddled his body in a large sheet and helped us put him into a box for our home burial. She stayed for an hour & a half to help us in every way we needed. Thank goodness for Cloud 9, a vet practice would have been horrendous for Benji, they wouldn’t have had the time.
Like most people and their pets, William, our Persian Chinchilla cat, was the love of our lives. For nearly 15 years, he provided joy and affection. Cancer's death sentence meant that Kathryn and I had to say goodbye. Fortunately, the kind vets at Rosemary Lodge recommended Cloud 9. From the initial conversation, it was apparent that Cloud 9 are caring, knowledgeable professionals. David, the vet who provided William's euthanasia, could not have been more gentle. He read the room. David informed us about every step of the process. I felt he felt our pain. When the procedure was done and William left us to join his feline ancestors, we, of course, were devastated. But the service provided by Cloud 9 was a welcomed relief. I highly recommend them,.
Telephoned on Thursday, made an appointment for the Friday after our elderly dog took a turn for the worse. The ladies on the phone were compassionate & talked me through everything even though I was in a bit of a state. Sonya came on time on the Friday afternoon. Lovely nature, very calm & reassuring, taking things slow & not rushing us. Jess went to sleep peacefully on her bed eating popcorn then she was collected & taken away for individual cremation. Doing this is never easy but this company take some of the pain away. It’s not cheap but definitely worth every penny for not having to take Jess to a vets surgery ( her most hated place) She just went to sleep, no stress no pain
Ane came today to put our beloved George to sleep. She was absolutely amazing with such care and compassion. George passed so peacefully. Although we are all absolutely devastated, Cloud 9 were amazing. Neil collected George with love and dignity and took him to the crematorium. Thank you for trreating George with such love ❤️
sincere thanks to everyone at Cloud 9, the service and compassion was unbelievable at this very sad time, if there was more stars they would have all been filled, my best mate went so peacefully and in is own home, Thank you Lee & Kate
Thank you so very much to Zoi from Cloud 9 (Falkirk area) for making our last special moments with Shorty so peacful before he went to sleep in his own bed surrounded by his own family. I couldn't ask for a more special goodbye for us all. Zoi was the loveliest vet I have ever met and made such a distressing experience that little bit easier, for that I will always be thankful to Cloud 9 . I have taken comfort in this every day since.
Last Saturday 8.3.25 we had to make the painful decision to put our beautiful nearly 11 old Hungarian vizsla Bella to sleep. David the vet was so kind professional and compassionate. It was dignified and so pleased she was in her own home on her favourite beanbag and blanket in the sunshine. It was calm and peaceful and just what we wanted for our gorgeous girl to leave this world. Thank you David and all at Cloud 9 vets
Vet called Samuel came to put my Husky Nym to sleep what an amazing vet very thoughtful and compassionate vet he was thank you and to all at cloud9
Called cloud 9 on Monday 10th Feb for my poor dog Holly who was struggling. Our own vet let us down.
The lady had all the information about holly from a previous phone call 6 months earlier.
She sorted out a vet to call the very next day. I couldn't leave my girl struggling.
Andrea the vet was so lovely and gentle with her and very understanding.
Holly gently went to sleep very peaceful and in our home.
Thank you so much, I will be forever grateful, to Andrea and all the staff I spoke to on the phone. Lovely compassionate company.
On Thursday we had to call cloud9 for our beautiful Willow. Nicola came out and was so kind, compassionate and empathetic. Our beautiful girl crossed the rainbow bridge so peacefully and lying on her own bed. We cannot thank the team at cloud9 enough.
Thank you to ann for explaining everthing that needed to be told and putting our minds at ease this day was always gping to be very difficult am so glad we had it done at home and gave ty the respect he deserved instead of walking in and out of the vets, at home made things more special and allowed us all to say goodbye and stay with him 20 mins after he passed, the ashes was brought back within 2 days and that really helped us have him back home once again, thank you to all involved ❤️
Had my beautiful cat put to sleep at home by Cloud 9 vets. A really good experience from the moment I rang them saturday evening, distraught, needing to euthanise my cat on the monday. wanted 1 last day with him, sunday. They were so lovely and gentle over the phone. located a vet for the monday and rang me back 7 pm sat evening to confirm. Vet Robert arrived on time and was so nice. He explained everything so i understood the process. Having this done in the comfort of your home was priceless. I did not want my cat to have to do the long drive to the vets , sit in a waiting room with dogs
barking. I just could'nt face it and put us both through that. . local vet was unhelpful as id been taking my cat further a field for treatment so would not help me. I left their office sobbing on the sat morning.. So in desperation and distraught i rang Cloud 9 vets. worth every penny. The care, the comfort, the prompt service. Nothing less for my cat. A 5 star cat had a 5 star ending. He deserved the best , most safe ,relaxing send off, lay beside me on the sofa when he took his last breath . I buried him in my garden after. Robert explained to me how i should do this safely and properly.
From our initial calls to Cloud 9 where we got empathetic help and guidance to the gentle and peaceful send off for our lovely whippet boy, Toby, and the kind delivery back of his ashes, the whole experience, while profoundly sad, has been as comforting as it could have been. Thanks in particular to Robert the vet and Neil who managed the after care.
We had to make the incredibly hard decision to let our beautiful gentle girl cross the rainbow bridge.
Nicola came to our house and with so much care and compassion helped our girl cross over. Willow was on her bed surrounded by love.
I cannot thank Nicola enough for everything she did. Also a big thank you to Debbie for her kind words and organising everything. We will be forever grateful
On Saturday I had to make the most difficult call ive ever had to make. Shadow was a giant fur ball and when i was unable to get him to vet, i phoned Cloud 9 and was blown away with how Rachel was. She made sure Shadow was comfortable and he slipped away after some treats. Rachel went the extra mile when putting me in contact with a cremation service for Shadow. Rachel and the rest of the team - Thank you.
With sadness we had to say goodbye to our 19 year old bengal cat. From our initial contact with the lady on the phone from Cloud 9 to the gentle collection of our cat to be taken to the crematorium we were treated with kindness and compassion. Alex the vet who attended was compassionate and respectful and gently talked us through everything we needed to know. When the time came we were able to sit with our cat in his favourite spot, stroke him and talk to him as we said our goodbyes. His passing was peaceful and we gained great comfort from being with him in our own home. Alex gave us time when we needed it and everything felt unhurried, calm and respectful of our grief. 10 minutes later the man from the crematorium came. Again, he was respectful and gentle. He came with a pet bed and soft blanket for our cat. With utmost care he very gently transferred our cat to the bed before leaving the house. Everything was performed with grace and respect. I feel truly grateful for the kindness shown by these 2 gentlemen during a time of grief and we feel greatly comforted by their gentle endeavours and calm comforting words. Thank you.
Last year, my partner's cat sadly was diagnosed with liver cancer, and on a Saturday in early November, her body began to shut down. Her cat Nissa suffered from audio epilepsy which only added to the stress of the situation. I had called a dozen vet practices and no one was around to help Nissa, one practice said it wouldn't be able to help for another 13 hours. I called Cloud 9 vets and spoke to the receptionist who was wonderful, and so helpful. She managed to get hold of a vet who was in London taking his citizenship test that afternoon, and he came straight after to assist Nissa in her passing. He arrived in god time as Nissa was having a seizure and getting worse by the second. He was so caring and professional, making the passing a little easier. I am awful with names and do apologise to both him and the receptionist as they were truly amazing on the day, and a card was sent from the practice. I couldn't recommend this practice enough, for their hard work, going above and beyond, and aftercare. Truly amazing people at this practice and we will be forever grateful for helping us on the day. Thank you.
On Friday 31/01/25 we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say our final goodbye, to our Beautiful girl Koley. We have had the most amazing 14.5 years with her.
We spoke to a lovely lady called Danielle on the phone who made the ijitial arrangements.
Andrea the, who attended was so caring and compassionate, he gently explained the process and made the situation so much more bearable. He gave us as much time as we needed afterwards and for our other 2 dogs to say goodbye. The aftercare care service is also exceptional. We had Koley back with us within days.
Thank you for taking such good care of our girl in her final moments. We will be forever grateful 💙 x
We had to take the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our dog Jakey. He was only 2.5 years and having suffered from chronic renal disease it was the right time. The service was amazing from my first call and making all the arrangements with such sensitivity and then the wonderful vet Maider who was so caring and professional and supported us and Jake in the best way possible through such a difficult thing to do. Thank you all so much.
I had to put my rescue boy down. I was completely emotionally exhausted, heartbroken, and so anxious about the process. Alex was so compassionate, gentle, and gently talked me through everything. He gave me time to say goobye to Albie. He waited until I was ready. Not once did I feel rushed. Albie was also very calm and he greeted Alex. I sincerely thank you for making such a sad day run as smoothly as possible.
