Thank you to the kind and caring vet from cloud 9 vet that came out and put our lovely dog diesel to sleep he was very nice and would recommend them to other people we all miss diesel very much he is buried at the bottom of our garden And grand kids have laid their flowers on his grave
I was hurting so much having made the decision to send our beautiful Holly over the rainbow bridge 🌈 I was dreading the first call to make arrangements.
The call was made so much easier when the compassionate Danielle answered the phone.
She was very kind and explained everything to me and made the arrangements that little more bearable.
The dreaded day came and Susie arrived on time and was our hero, she was so kind and caring and explained everything that would be happening right up untill the very end 🌈
Cloud 9 also arranged for our beautiful Holly to be taken to her final resting place with Pheonix pet cremations.
Pheonix pet cremations were also very compassionate and kind and didn't rush us when saying our last goodbyes 💔

Cloud 9 Vets were absolutly supberb from beginning to end. We spoke to the loveliest people on the phone and on the day when we had to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year old girl, Alex was incredible. He was patient and kind and caring and explained everything to us in full. He gave us all the time we needed and he made what was possilby our worst day ever, the best it could have been.
When Leo , our 12 year old Labrador collapsed on Sunday morning , we knew it was his time . Fortunately one of our vets had mentioned Cloud 9 and I’m
so pleased they had . The initial phone call was handled with such compassion and professionalism by Ellie , she couldn’t have been more helpful , trying to find a vet to come out on a Sunday morning . But she did ! 45 minutes David arrived . He helped Leo slip away pain free while we held him, he explained every step of the process , and was so kind , caring and understanding . He waited while we bought our other dogs to say goodbye to their big brother . The whole experience was almost soothing, knowing that Leo fell asleep on his own bed , not having to be moved and surrounded by his familiar smells .

My dog (and best friend) was suffering increasing pain and anguish with no prospect of recovery. My regular vet could not make home visits so I called Cloud 9 Vets and following a compassionate discussion an appointment was scheduled for later that day. Henry assessed my pet and reassured me that everything would be compassionate and caring. Jackson's departure was without pain or distress. Thank you Henry & Cloud 9 Vets.
Our senior cat Lola was euthanised last week by the lovely team at Cloud9Vets. Robert came to our house to perform at home euthanasia so Lola would not be stressed out and would be able to pass away in a familiar environment. Robert was caring, compassionate and respectful throughout the whole process, he explained the procedure with sensitivity and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to Lola. He let me hold Lola whilst he euthanised her in my arms which meant a lot to me to know I could be there for her in her last moments. After the euthanasia, we had Neill come in to take Lola away for individual cremation. Once again, Neill was also compassionate, understanding and sensitive to the passing of Lola. We did not feel rushed at all to have her handed over and Neill spent with us around 20-30 minutes as we were finally ready to let her go. When Lola was in Neills box covered by a blanket he shown great compassion to her little body by turning around from any passers by to protect her peace. Both Robert and Neill were amazing and made the whole process so smooth and so much easier for us aswell. If you are needing to put down your loved one, I would absolutely recommend the team at Cloud9Vets and at home euthanasia aswell. I would also like to thank Elizabeth and anyone else I spoke to over the phone to make the decision of euthanasia and they made it a smooth process through and through. Thank you from Lola, Pixie her sister, Julia and parents.
With great sadness we had to our much beloved 16 year old bengaline cat put to sleep....I was dreading the moment but Sally, the vet, was very caring both to us and the cat and made her last moments painless and dignified...so good was the service I felt quite restful after...also the cremation service was prompt, respectful and kind
